Are there any PURE light ROMs without ANY additions / tweaks?

Hello there. I just want to ask if there are any pure light ROMs of the newest JJ1 Firmware. By "pure" I mean ROMs where only needless Apps have been removed and where no further Reg-Tweaks / Icon Tweak / ... were done. Is it very hard to build such a ROM on your own? Are there any "Wizard" programs which can do this, so that also people with no further background could "cook" there own pure light ROM?

you can try Jacobn ROM builder,you can make your own ROM,just click @build os the program you want to install,and you have your own ROM.with this tools I think everybody can be a chef ;)
