Guest Spudals1 Posted August 10, 2011 Report Share Posted August 10, 2011 Hi trip just a question with the hotspot feature, i know i can currently use an app to tether my internet to my pc, but my school computer is configured not to allow ad-hoc networks, i have tried the stock rom as i heard it had tethering implemented in the release. it turns out that the hotspot that the official release uses is an infrastructure network. i was wondering if it would be hard for you to implement the infrastructure network into your rom, it would be greatly appreciated if you could take this into consideration :) Spudals Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If so, any feedback? i use it on a previous version 1.3 1.5 cause i was getting better signal and it was fine but for this rom i'm BB71. it's all matter of testing and choosing what give u the best result,cause all BB are related to ur carrier and location. After Install I restored from MIUI backup an then installed Trip's add-on. Also fixed permissions. Barnacle WiFi Theter doesn't work. Barnacle doesn't work is a superproblem to me. Try settings, manage applications, all, force stop on theme chooser, then try to change theme again.
