nevermind the contact and calendar sync issue with active sync. after some reboots it suddently started to work again, maybe our exchange server maybe something else.

But i have a weird problem with my phone, the "media server process" is killing my battery very fast is always 1º on consuption.

Plus dandomly i got a "media server" force close.

Any tip how to solve this?

This ROM does not charge when the phone is turned off. Please fix this.

Are you asking SE or someone else? So, what is the big deal if it turns itself on while charging? I just emptied my battery and charging now. It turned the phone ON while charging, so be it.

GREAT ROM Trip, just one question thought, is there any way to get wifi hotspot and usb teathering working on this rom...I know the new kernel and 2.3.3 X10 supports it now but don't know if it is possible on this ROM...thanks again and this is my daily rom...I love it..GREAT JOB

Hey and for thoose who wants to try extended controls remember because its changes som framework files your language probably wont work i was using danish before but after installing extended controls it didnt work so i have to use english :)

This ROM does not charge when the phone is turned off. Please fix this.

that is not the ROM it is xrecovery...there is a solve for it called "charge off line" it is a zip file just search google for it

Too many users ask for it so this is the extended status bar made by Andy Thomson all credits to him credits to him.

don't forget to backup first :D

in xrecovery :

1-go to partion tools and mount the system than install the zip file,

2-next wipe the dalvik cache.

3-reboot (first reboot may take up to 5 minutes).

first boot after installing takes a loooooooot of time but if you have wiped dalvik cache and fixed permissions it should work ;)

did u change language other than english?

or try it with a clean install before setting up all the app and data.

I second that.. In here the "H" stays lit as if the connection is still active, but the two arrows for uploading and downloading don't light and the connection is reported as unavailable in all applications. When I switch data off and back on it works fine again for some time and then stops.

check your apn setting,maybe wrong configuration.

After monitoring battery use, I see that Cell Standby has a massively disproportionate usage percentage - around 60%. Previously, the display has always been the biggest battery eater at around 30% on all other roms, including Trip's Froyo MIUI.

Been using the phone fairly heavily, but battery is dead after 12 hours and that is with battery stats being cleared.

Weird,after charging it 100%,since then its been around 20-24 hrs,but still got 37% juice left...:D

I have the same thin g to...just finished talking to a friend and put her on speakerphone, she said she hears noises and static sound...but everything else is working perfectly, Thanks again Trip.

Rom is very good and fast, thank you Trip ! :)

I find bug, when I making a call and I turn on the speaker it's not working properly.

Someone have this bug too?
