When I resume my phone (from screen off) while playing music, the music stutters / lags.

Is this the common "GB audio lag bug" (which should be fixed?), or...? (first time I use GB)

I tried to solve this with a setCPU profile:

Screen off: min: 998 max: 998

But that doesn't help.

Pressing the menu or back key just before pressing the home key seems to help, strange...

This has been my issue with my the previous versions of the roms: MAX BRIGHTNESS before off-screen. I'm still on 1.5.2 so I haven't tried the latest yet but upon reading from few pages back, some still encounter that problem.

Who else could say that this problem is still existent?

I do, but it doesn't bother me. Kind of get used to it :)

BTW Someone tried restoring data from MIUI Backup from Froyo 1.8.3? I restored Zenonia 3 and it works flawlessly, but I didn't have the courage to restore other system related stuff (messages, phone book,...).

FOR THOSE WITH PROBLEMS WITH THE MESSAGE APP IN YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGES (OTHERS THAN ENGLISH):

I solved the problem that made my phone reboot anytime I received a sms, I've just uninstalled the goggle voice application that made language compatibility problem with messaging. Now got my phone working 100% in italian and I'm able to send/receive sms :)

Using baseband 67+smspatch, fresh install formatted sd card.

Only bugs I can report have been said before, plus one I have not read yet.

1) Camera auto focus force closed first time I used it, havent tried again, who needs auto focus?

2) The full bright screen before the screen times out, who cares? Its no big deal

3) MIUI music player freezes the phone when using EQ, I have poweramp so I dont care, but turning off the EQ and using DSP manager is a great solution.

4) I cannot install apps from the online market using my computer, as in send to my device. No big deal, may be user error.

5) Clicking advanced in call will force close the call, no big deal because Im not sure whats in that menu but the dialer already has all you need plus recorder works, and very unlikely you will hit the button on accident.

*6) No offline charging? My battery finally died, 10 minutes ago after 15 hrs of heavy use and it started the day with 90%, It died and shut off, I plugged in and it booted up, no offline charging apparently. Not really a big deal, I usually charge overnight with it on and airplane mode anyway so my alarm works.

BTW, titanium backup moves apps to sd with ease, just dont move apps that have widgets because the widget wont work.

Also Im not using any optimizers or auto killers, not needed IMO.

Todays payday, gonna buy trip a beer or 3, all of you should as well, because your phones would have been ebayed or paper weights long ago without great devs, and this is the BEST rom for x10.

all those i found in the MIUI forum so little reading can help a lot.

I have no problem with sms restoring, I use "sms backup and restore" for that

ok but I didn't have fc, I was able to sens sms, but when I had to receive, the phone frozed and rebooted himself. then when I changed the language to english everything worked. but now as I said removing the google voice app no more problems

try to pan left or right when the auto focus is working for couple of time than it freeze :D

this is only when auto focus is enabled in the settings

The screen animation for both screen on and off cannot be activated. I turned them on and off on different instances, tried rebooting several time already. I've done fixing permissions also. No luck still. HELP.
