Guest Unchange Posted November 15, 2011 Report Posted November 15, 2011 Did you simply unlock without reading anything? Did you write down your MAC Address? Here's the "straightforward" guide to solve it: http://android.modac...nlocked-now-up/ Unlocked post mac address fix. I have "forget network" for all the existing networks and seems to be no problems so far. Will see what happens. But this same error thing was coming up with the old CM 2.0 I was using before I unlocked and flashed the updated version.
Guest dadashi Posted November 16, 2011 Report Posted November 16, 2011 (edited) The video camera function isn't very good in V3...I can't find VGA recording, only 352x288 and it doesn't adjust to changes in lighting Edited November 16, 2011 by dadashi
Guest Chris_67 Posted November 16, 2011 Report Posted November 16, 2011 How to move your apps to your sd-card is explained in this thread.
Guest kn100 Posted November 16, 2011 Report Posted November 16, 2011 This worked perfectly for me, thanks, no issues so far :) Where is the GPU overclock though?

Guest plop08 Posted November 16, 2011 Report Posted November 16, 2011 Hi Lalit ! Could it be possible for you to make me a ROM working for my weird phone ? seems you made a really stable release. I would wipe everything, start over with L2SD and all ... :/

Guest Stu C Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011 Looking to buy an OMC for my wife... I am currently running CM7 on a SF/Blade, so I am obviously keen to run CM7 on the OMC. Apologies for not having time to read all 31 pages of this thread, but can someone kindly clarify if this version has full CM7 functionality, in particular support for S2E? I guess this is only updated periodically by tilal6991 (which is fair enough)... is there a push to get formal CM support so that this gets builds directly from the CM team?

This is a port, not an official release so you won't be getting cm updates. Afaik it has s2e support.
Guest Chris_67 Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011 (edited) Is this CM7-related? Market tells me that my device is not compatible with apps (i.e. MoboPlayer) I could install with stock-ROM. But I still can install them on my Blade with CM7  Edited November 17, 2011 by Chris_67
Guest FoxVictor.be Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011 Yes, it is. I can confirm that going from 2.0 to 3.0 without wipe works as well, although I have to install the apps that were linked to ext3 with link2sd again, but I guess that's normal.

Guest Chris_67 Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011 (edited) @FoxVictor.be If you are on Belgacom, open your browser and enter the following address: http://192.168.1.1 (that's the address of your bbox2). You should be able to find the original MAC-Adress of your phone in the DHCP-server-log (the log lasts for weeks). That's how I did to retrieve the one of my phone. Guest Chris_67 Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011 (edited) @D3abL3  isn't ADW preinstalled on CM7 ? Edited November 17, 2011 by Chris_67
Guest D3abL3 Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011  isn't ADW preinstalled on CM7 ? Yes, it is. That's why I mentioned it not being "supported" in our device...
Guest Chris_67 Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011 I think there is something wrong with the buid.prop Will compare the two of my Blade and my Staraddict

Guest Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011 What's the need of root(step 1)? He can go straight to the recovery... Correct me if I am wrong, but if he wants root he will need to do this ?
Guest D3abL3 Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011 Correct me if I am wrong, but if he wants root he will need to do this ? Custom ROMs(very few doesn't) have already root so no need to do it manually. Since he wants CM7 he won't need to root before cuz it already comes rooted.

Guest FoxVictor.be Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011 Hi all, By installing CM7 v3.0 I seem to have broken the keyboard. I don't have the standard keyboard available when doing a long press in an input field. Does someone have the installation files available? Thanks.
Guest Chris_67 Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011 I use this one: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.jb.gokeyboard&feature=search_result
