Guest Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 here u go.. without SD test: 600mhz : 1387 806mhz: 1673 Are you stable at 806mhz ?
Guest hlubepet Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 Are you stable at 806mhz ? one reboot so far - when Ive turned on bluetooth, but not playing with it so much :) my model is probably one of the newest - blade, gen 2, 3.2mpix, 512ram, Im from czech republic, here is delivery very slow :))) but thats the reason that maybe that we are lucky to have newest models :)))))
Guest Monfro Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 ... good, but strange, that no-ones talking about bugs with current rom with new kernel... I have found no bugs (until now) with Burstlam 's kernel.
Guest Sami Beck Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 I have found no bugs (until now) with Burstlam 's kernel. lets hope it stays that way.
Guest brickornot Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 How much ROM free you have after installing it with new kernel ?
Guest Monfro Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 Important thing i have noticed in my experiments with this new kernel!!! Seems that to have the best performances, roms need to compile with leaked old kernel, then you have to install burstlam 's kernel to take advantage of overclocking( without wiping nothing). If you wipe chache+ dalvik it will recompile with new kernel and it will be slower
Guest brickornot Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 Gen1 phone zte blade upgraded to gen2With all option checked except 'SD card IO' on 604Mhz=1235 on 748Mhz=1403 (setcpu smartassv2 scalling) (on 806mhz FAIL =HNAG=REBOOT) Downloaded GSF BLADE B21.ZIp replaced boot.img from leaked FULL WIPE.
Guest Ibcus Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 I seem to get different results everytime I run AnTuTu. With no SDcard check. GSF b14 ROM Score of 1352 Flashed new kernal with no wipe Score of 1344 Had a few problems so installed backup I made before flashing the kernal. Score of around 1240 Ran it again without doing a thing and score of 1326. just ran it again and got a score of 1188. Waste of time if you ask me.

Hardly a waste of time, Do a full wipe or change ROM's.
Guest Ibcus Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 (edited) I mean the benchmark program, it's not much use if it gives different results without changing a thing on the phone Edited September 4, 2011 by Ibcus
Guest targetbsp Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 I mean the benchmark program, it's not much use if it gives different results without changing a thing on the phone All benchmarks will do that in a multi-tasking environment. You basically have to do multiple benchmarks and average them.
Guest snowbord Posted September 5, 2011 Report Posted September 5, 2011 Ok great. Just installed and thus far working on GSF b18, wiped Dalvik and cache. Has anyone had any success of Undervolting the Blade?
Guest burstlam Posted September 5, 2011 Report Posted September 5, 2011 (edited) Ok great. Just installed and thus far working on GSF b18, wiped Dalvik and cache. Has anyone had any success of Undervolting the Blade? I do try and success to tweak but I would like to tell u that in real practice, undervolting is impracticable and not suggested with the CPU shipped with blade. Undervolting tweaks works fine on the HTC machine (with same arm6-vfp ) but when I apply the tweaks on the blade kernel. the phone behaves very unstable and reboot oftens . Guest iNoobz2Droid Posted September 5, 2011 Report Posted September 5, 2011 what about overvolting? is it possible? since there are some devices like samsung ace running this cpu at 800mhz a slight increase of voltage may overclock all blades to 800++?
Guest brickornot Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 (edited) burstlam what is this 1.1 version ? 20110903-leak-2.6.35-v1.1.zip http://115.com/file/e65nsnx1 is it for blade ? what is changelog vs 20110903-leak-2.6.35-v1 Edited September 6, 2011 by brickornot
Guest snowbord Posted September 7, 2011 Report Posted September 7, 2011 (edited) Can someone with the necessary coding skills please enable the ability to have JuiceDefender switch between 2G and 3G (only works on supported ROMs). burstlam? I'm also eager to find out the answer to the above (1.1) question. Edited September 7, 2011 by snowbord

Guest brickornot Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 (edited) google translate says: Updates: - AHB Overclocking. A little speed increase. - ZRAM support, optimize memory usage. - The value to adjust the CPU Overclocking - Optimize network speed a little bit - RDS FM support (which is to be produced by WBAW Jun GSF request to join) - Added support for REAL file - Remove a lot of the kernel does not support / do something does not exist. Is it for ZTE BLADE ? Who is going to check it ? maybe someone have space on sd card, can make backup witch cwm, and install this rom.... i would but i do not have space now.... but this is machine translation, some words can have completely different meaning. Burtlam - tell us, please ! Edited September 8, 2011 by brickornot
