It works but doesnt backup apps, desktop layouts, some settings only like notes and things like that backs up

That is the problem. Need folder backup and desktop layout!

Gonna test this new one out in a second.

I'm running the last version of this ROM. It's a work of art, dude.

I do wanna point out that 3rd party support for Google Voice doesn't work. You can't handover a call to GV even though you get no errors.

I've seen this issue in some earlier versions of MIUI, but can't quite remember what the solution was.

By the way, my condolences to you. I may be reading between the lines here, but it would seem that you have lost a loved one of late.

I've lost too many people in my life and I know how you feel. It doesn't get easier...but the load get's a little lighter with every passing day.

Try to honor her memory by thinking of the good times.

Can you tell me if you see a battery life increase? Also you may want to check these things out for yourself, Media messages (pictures), GPS, WIFI calling, underclocking abilities.

Okay so here is a list things that work for me.

1. GPS

2. DATA

3. MMS

4. Market

5. Camera Flash

6. Maps (But had to go to settings> accounts & sync and add my google account> open maps> pull down the notification bar and allow three requesting permissions)

7. USB Tethering & Hotspot

8. Themes

9. Google Talk

10. MIUI Backup works partially (to be honest I have never used it before but since there was a lot of interest for it I tried backing up the system. It was able to backup some files but not all of them)

Things that I have tested and didn't work :(

1. T-Mobile Wifi Calling but no good (force close)

2. Radio app (force close)

Minor things that need attention

1. Under settings instead of ON/OFF there are some Chinese letters.

I will try to update this post further more when i play more with the rom..

But so far this is best release ever.

Well.. for that I had to go through a few theme to find one that had fonts.. But I think all the fonts were just the same. maybe someone else who has different on their theme can confirm such thing.

Yes. It's not possible to change fonts. No service is also not fixed. But the rest is working fine. Looks much better then last release.

that is because Google has removed it.

search for it at xda... that is where i got it from.
