I had always supported you and your work Trip, but if you are going to be such a condescending and arrogant guy (because you and only you in the whole world can rebuild them and no one else can understand the work you do) then I simply don't care if you stop releasing. Someone else will come along sooner or later since there is such a demand for MIUI, and there will be a stable release that everyone can be happy with. Your donation is already cancelled, you can thank your attitude for that....

Your ROM is the dopest man and you're one of the best developers i've seen working on the sensation, don't let some chump "who tried and failed at trying to make the ROM look like his," stop you from doing your thing, good luck man, and I hour everything turns over l, looking forward to future updates.

First off this is exactly part of the problem. Don't call Frank some chump, he's been developing roms since I was using my HD2. I honestly think this is just a big misunderstanding, but everyone is so into all the drama that they just keep feeding it. Let Trip and Frank talk and work this s*** out between them and let the rest of us just stay the hell out of it.

I know, Trip, you couldn't care less, but I second that. You are showing up a really bad attitude here and it seems that you did not understand the mood and sense of that all. If you cannot stand if others use your work, then you should probably apply for a job at Microsoft or Oracle.

Yeah, you were first, you ruled them all. Man, now it's time for contribution. We have a source, now get together and make it better. You achieved the holy grail, you got it booting and running first, you fixed the bloody sound and your rom is running perfectly. You have your base of supporters here. Why is it such a big problem if others copy cat and tweak some things? This is what happens in Android universe everyday. People copying CM, removing Stk.apk, adding Titanium Backup (which isn't allowed)and releasing as a new ROM. I mean seriously.... Don't get your fame ruined by your ranting here...

I never suggested it had to be posted on XDA, I just suggested you get in contact with the developers who are willing to work with you. This is how friendships are made and great things can come out of having others help. I truly believe that you guys can work this out and I truly believe that when you are finished with a stable release it is going to be something special, like I said I've ran your rom as my daily driver since your first release, I believe in you and your work, don't let this s*** thats going on affect that. That's all I'm saying. At least half of the people that use your rom now are from XDA but yet you share with us. I also can understand if you put things on hold to focus on your girl, no one would fault you for that. The majority of end-users don't understand the time that goes into making a ROM, especially the time spent troubleshooting and making everything perfect. I appreciate all you have done so far, I just wish we could get past all the drama that's all, and by saying that I'm not trying to take away your reasoning for being upset, I understand it. I just feel that in this case this is truly a misunderstanding. Take it for its worth, and if you feel that I don't support you or your work then I am truly sorry because that is not the case.
