Yes i would smartass set as default.. why tricky?

What i meant was that phone boots normal and you can use it normally, no lockups or nothing. System - settings - about phone still says 768 therefore i'm guessing that its locked.

Is it true that we have 2 memory banks?

The last time i used the setting below for OC/UV

1404000 MHz @ 1147500

stock:

1188000 MHz @ 1250000

I'm basing the smartass trickiness on what faux and thederekjay have told me about it since I've asked. And faux released a kernel with smartass2 a while back and pulled it because it was having issues. I didn't even get a chance to test it it was pulled so quickly

You guys are beating a dead horse, use the search tool on right and you can see that Trip already stated he doesnt want to put the new market it. Its his Rom and has the right to choose what he wants to include. But you could always add it yourself later.

The rom itself is allready done a couple of hours ago. But with the new rom i would love the include a improved kernel to make sure no problems occure with flashing kernels after a rom.

My 12th build off today is compiling now lol :lol: Terrible terrible

I did find some interesting stuff and was hoping it was easy to build in but it was a no go. Was trying to enable 1G internal ram or maybe even more lol

Offcourse this would provide an impressive performance boost, so everything enabled and builded then kernel to phone, it boots perfectly but nothing happened.

So i guess that there is something that is blocking it because if i would adress the wrong memory or non-existing memory the phone would not boot right?

Trip you have way more energy than me these daze, don't know where you get it, but I know it's illegal here in Canada.

Gotta go to bed now, have 23 people coming over for supper to celebrate my Mom's 70th tomorrow, so I guess I will get your ROM in the morning if you release it.

This is my first post but I have for to say thank you to trip.

I was on the fence about rooting my sensation (out of fear) but finally got so tired of the lag that I pulled the trigger. Anyway this is the first rom that I flashed on the sensation and honestly I don't think that I need to look anywhere else bottom line this rom is freaking awesome.

So dude please keep doing what you do because its greatly appreciated. You made me love my phone again.

Known issue. And if you read the Threads here, Trip INTENTIONALLY and again I will repeat for clarity I N T E N T I O N A L L Y uses the older market. This is what he likes. He's not going to support issues regarding new market. I believe there is ONE post where a user installed a customized new market from another phone altogether. I would just leave this as is. Use older market and be happy. Complain about new market FC's when this had been covered ad nauseum already and you might feel your scalp being removed :blink:

I would be happy to either working in the background with you so as NOT to brake your TAPS and anything else, Or I can just post an FAQ to the best of my ability on how to install and how I believe it doesn't brake anything as long as the FAQ is followed with no deviation. Please, I thought I kindly asked you earlier in the morning hours after the brief interruption regarding XDA collaboration, vs wifi collaboration. I'm trying to just coexist with both Euro as well as Tmobile USA users. Part of my FAQ talks about modifying CID as well as MID specifically on TMobile US phones. This supposedly fixes an issue regarding how the Revolutionary S-OFF procedure causes the HTC Sensation 4G US model NOT to be properly recognized. I feel I have become well versed on this subject by now. I have this working without touching model name and brand name references in build.prop. So?

Could this in any way, be the reason my google maps won't sign in. Gmail is fine, but maps kinda makes the phone go nuts.

You don't see them because they are built in. It's a part of the ROM running in the background so to speak. No user controls, currently.

The kernel stuff is super cool and all, but why not post them separately? This would get the ROM out now for those eager to flash (everyone) and you can take your time perfecting your kernel. I personally am not a crack kernel flasher. I don't care for overclocking much as our phones perform quite well at stock speeds. I don't care about benchmark scores. I like battery life. I like core functionality.
