OMG!!!!!!!. Do you understand what Baseband refers to. We are NOT talking about an application to hear FM radio and headphones. We are talking about how your phone interacts with the mobile network. If you still are at a loss, I would highly suggest you not even be doing anything regarding using a rooted phone. I find it almost hard to believe you made it thru the S-off process, or are you using the HTC version of unlocking, out of curiosity.

actually i dont have a problem with the network, i thought this was for FM radio (complete noob), bec mine is not working. (lesson learned), not yet familiar with the terms.

still learning though.

anyway: is FM Radio working?

I have been following this thread from the beginning and I really appreciate all of Trip's hard work but his outbursts and threats don't really help... I know Trip's not being paid to do this and we all benefit from his hard work for free but a lot of the people in this thread behave like little man-babies.

It would be nice to not have to read through all this garbage just to get some viable information that could be useful to the development of this rom. Leave the personal crap behind and stop perpetuating others to act out and troll the forums.

Thanks again Trip. Your work is awesome and really appreciated. Hopefully the non-sense stops and we can really support this rom.

another thought.

Thats why it is called "Development" we share ideas, experiences, then based on that, developer will be able to fix/track the defects/bug in the rom/kernel, etc. until we make it perfect!

In this forum we learn/share new things, and also meet different people and culture.

Me. Kit includes TWO and a charger for $20. Bought it when I first got the Sensation back in June.

What is your exercise with it?

Actually i thought it was working bec it asked me to connect headset, but i when connect it , white then force close.

I don't use headset & no exercise with it.

I've tested playing music using loudspeaker, ~ 40 mins of mp3 + wifi ON + email ON (screen off most of the time) , consumes ~10% of the battery, so should approximately 400 mins or more than 6 hours. (if battery decays almost linear).

This is the same version as the one from XDA ... still waaay more sucky than Trip's (not saying that Trip's version sucks, on contrary, it ROCKS!).

With S009B and the v2 kernel almost everything works ... maybe the only complaint I have is that the battery doesn't last as long as it used to and the in-call volume can't be lowered to my liking ... on the lowest setting it's as loud as my Motorola used to be on the highest setting and it's way to loud ... can't even imagine someone using the higher settings as it can surely damage your ear.

Also some (not all) of the notification sounds have lot's of clipping (sound distorted) even at lower volumes (it sounds like the sound file is being pushed too high, because some other sounds are perfectly fine even at higher volumes). Talking about the built in sounds, I don't have any custom ones yet.

I need to dig in to the radios a bit because I've been getting lousy reception lately.

The official version gives me the no-service issue and the home screen isn't centered, i.e. adjusted for qHD resolution (as well as in Trip's rom). Sticking with TripnMiuiu.
