Hi, just wanted to say how brilliant work are you doing and how much I appreciate your skills and effort!!! (Will make it more substantial ASAP ;) ) As soon as the BT is working (something I need to use every day) this is definitely going to be my daily rom. Please do not let some of the ungrateful trolls discourage you . THANK YOU!!!

Random reboot means youre chipset isnt as good as the other ones. The kernel is highly undervolted from 1250000 stock to 1075000 in my rom at 1,4 Ghz.

So you have less volts + more hz (clock ticks) == perfectly build chipset requiered.

I'm happy with my board in it cause it seems to reach very extreme values, only gpu is not as good as the rest cause it fails @ 320.. but on the other hand my cpu reached 2,1 Ghz with failure and because i dont game on the phone i'm happy with it.

Ps. there is no official miui... miui.us? lolz they say "the official miui.us rom" so the same as when i say "the official tripnmiui"

I tought when you flash a miui rom you that they only have 2 official sites... miuiandroid/miui.cn

Sorry, I have not really kept up with the thread, but I was wondering if T-Mobile USA's WiFi Calling feature works. Also, did the sensor bug which messed up incoming calls (could only work with speakerphone) get fixed?

Keep up the good work Trip. Your efforts, along with all devs are much appreciated.

No wifi calling or sensor bug existence.

quick and snappy rom with no problems, just the battery drainage is really fast for me. anyone got suggestions on kernels to use or to just stick with trips?

Calibrate the battery, don't o/c too much, u/v appropriately.

Fast battery drainage could be caused by usage profile (2G or 3G, screen on all the times, GPS, gaming, push emails, background sync, bad signal area, radio ROM version, etc).

Have a quick question, I use the app TIKL and it requires my number to be programmed or working with the phone. When i look under settings>about phone>status. Under "My phone number" says "unknown". With other roms i was able to change my number on the fly.

Does any one know of a way to do this with this rom or miui in general.

Thanks,

P.S. I LOVE YA TRIP

Now I tested with standard htc kernel. Random reboots were not gone. Maybe a Miui problem?

If you still have random reboots despite using standard htc kernel, make sure you wipe eveything clean (system, cache, dalvik, sd-ext) beforehand.

I tested all kernels for sensation and I got in every kernel a reboot. I installed miui on a clean device. Between kernel flashing I only wiped dalvik and cache.

Hi trip love your work, but unfortunately the WIFI tethering is way too important for me to stay with you :-( but I am always checking back from time to time to see if and when you will release a non-beta update. Xboarder is also a well respected DEV and I have past experience with his work, I am just getting to know the quality of your work, and your demeanor and so far so good. Just want to thank you for your hard work, and hope you get your Iris back. keep up the good work.

Just noticed a small bug today. I was on a call when I got a waiting call signal and the volume of the active call suddenly jumped for about half the amplitude (auch, my ear) and I couldn't lower it anymore. I disconnected the active call and connected the waiting one and the volume was normal again.

That's probably why, I mean you only wiped dalvik & cache in between kernels.

Is it in the Rom? If so, you can find it in the .zip-file easily; just browse to the media folder and then 'notifications' (i believe those are the folder-names)
