Sure, extract Vending.app from Trip's previous rom (it's in system/app folder in zip archive), and simply use copy/paste to the same folder in the phone with RootExplorer. Don't forget to set correct permissions (long press the file > Permissions > Read: Owner, Group, Others, Write: Owner). You can also use adb to push the file, but I think this method is easier.
