Guest zivotinjnja Posted October 13, 2011 Report Posted October 13, 2011 To break the silence, here are a couple of issues and questions I still can't figure out, feel free to answer ;) - Is there any call recording app which works with this rom? - How to change fonts which are included in themes? I think 20-30 pages ago somebody mention it but couldn't find it. - My softkey backlight is acting strangely, sometimes the keys are lighten with he screen, sometimes not (only the screen), but when I cover the sensor with my finger they light up too (for 10-15 secs). I changed kernel but the problem remains - Camera still not recording properly at HD resolution - Somebody tried the Extended Settings (MIUI Control Panel) app with this rom? :D
Guest fallingforever Posted October 13, 2011 Report Posted October 13, 2011 im installed faux kernel, and video capture is still impossible phone is rebooting when i pressing "start record" button Trip, what is the problem?
Guest Tuliojnv Posted October 13, 2011 Report Posted October 13, 2011 How can we fix Camera issue? I mean I cant record videos :(

Guest mcniick9 Posted October 13, 2011 Report Posted October 13, 2011 Great rom Trip. But battery still drains too fast.
Guest theseanteam Posted October 13, 2011 Report Posted October 13, 2011 No idea why... but I tried Market Enabler to see if it would fix the Market FC issues. To my surprise it worked. Not sure if it is a cure all, but I don't think it would hurt to try it. Hope it helps.
Guest theseanteam Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 Extreme Battery Drain! Yeah, the ROM seems pretty rough on the battery.
Guest mackgk1 Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 Yeah, the ROM seems pretty rough on the battery. Agreed. My battery was killed in like 2 hours today with the latest beta...still love it but yeah would like to see battery life improved. Nice job anyhow trip
Guest fejker Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 When I try to enter the custom display dim settings it FCs. Battery drains like mad, market FC when trying to download an app.
Guest cjsabaki Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 Trip, Hello!! New leaked version of market from ics, ice cream sandwich v3.2 is listed on xda, seems to work pretty good even in bad service areas!! Best regards, Chris Sent from my X10i using Tapatalk
Guest Pushpan Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 BootLoop problem exists even in TDE ROM. And on that ROM too, i dont get network if i flash faux or Tiamat Kernel, only with bricked kernel i get network, but no bluetooth with bricked.. I badly miss MIUI on sensation..
Guest Arz Bhatia Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 Ohh godddd, my battery drains faster than my dog running!
Guest Bejtulla Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 (edited) I also experience bad battery drain, but I think it's because of the Kernel. As soon as I touch the Screen the speed of the CPU bumps to 1.4GHz and stays there for a litte before clocking down. The CPU clocks either at 152MHz or 1.4GHz. Everything between isn't used, which I think is the Reason why the Battery drains so fast. I think it would be cool if Trip could implement a governor which uses more variety of the CPU speeds. Other than that, the ROM runs well. Edited October 14, 2011 by Bejtulla
Guest Arz Bhatia Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 Is there any other kernel which works with this ROM without battery drainage?
Guest zivotinjnja Posted October 14, 2011 Report Posted October 14, 2011 (edited) Yes, faux's Stock kernel. I am using it and I am satisfied with my battery life. But some issues are still present, bt not working, bad recording in HD... For me, nothing dramatical. [edit] I am testing new Bricked AOSP kernel, it also seems there is no battery drainage with it as well, and bt is working (recording in HD still not, I guess it is rom related).
