It's on the miuiandroid forum HERE.

Since you agreed to be a guinea pig, please report if it works & stable i.e. not causing any error yo. Thanks. :P

BTW, initial observation: S01031B runs a bit warm, but switch to Bricked solves it. Wonderful work by Trip!

okay so i tried it out and guess what? it WORKED! ;D well i'm still trying everything out to trying to find a FC but i have yet to experience any at all, so it seems to work fine, hopefully this doesn't mess up any of the sound mods or anything though. >.<

now we just need to see if extended settings will work simply because i like using the "illest" picture instead of my bar saying t-mobile XD

Hi Trip.

I´m trying to fix internet calls on your miui rom, cause a contact with only a sip internet address is not showed in the contact list, and if it´s added with a phone number (then appears in the list), and click on internet call it does nothing at all.

But for now, I have no idea where I have to start searching. I suppose it could be an xml file, but I have not idea of this. I was trying to replace the contact and the phone apks with 2.3.5 stock android apks, but with no luck, cause it force closes continuosly.

Can you help giving some advice to me?

Thanks for all dude :)

When I press and hold the power button, I simply get the Toggles page. How are you accessing the 5-way reboot?

It will only work if you have your notification bar set to compact

Thank, but still no luck. In compact mode, I get a Phone Options menu with 5 choices, but that is not 4-way reboot. instead it gives me

Silent Mode

Flight Mode

Secrecy

Reboot

Power Off

I guess I will try and install the 4-way zip again

Umm, sorry, but try to tap on 'Reboot", wouldn't it give you options like "Reboot", "Recovery", "Bootloader", right?

What is it that you expect from a 4-way reboot, my friend? <_<

Trip,

this S01031B of yours is FABULOUS!

However it runs warm, thus I use Bricked v1.2 which runs coolder, of course with the min freq 192MHz bumped up to 850MHz.

It might be just me, but comparing video recording in HD between S01031B vs S0102B, the S0102B is better despite the fact it was buggy (have to take a picture once, before I can access the vid cam).

I'm building a new kernel from scratch.

WONDERFUL & THANKS! :)

Could you please make a less-agressive version as well. I'm not much into o/c and/or quadrant show-offs....just a super battery-efficient, super smooth and super stable, maybe very slightly o/c (say 1.2+ GHz). Don't need to be 1.6GHz. :P

Will using a different kernel turn off the TAPS or break anything?

Hows your battery life on that kernal?

Thanks in advance.

you have to flash the 4 way reboot mod found here, http://forums.miuian...-Reboot-1.10.14 i'm still testing it out to make sure it's not giving errors with anything but nothing seems to be crashing just yet, you can give it a shot man, but make sure you do a nandroid backup in recovery before hand just in case, and also mount /system before you flash.

this is for Fusion600 and tomS01's questions >.<

Not for me....I get "Confirm phone reboot".

I am very familiar with the 4-way reboot, I have used it on all my android phones, just can't get it enabled on this one. I'll play with it later when I have time and report back if I am able to determine what is going on in my situation
