Wifi Calling does not work for me, when it first start, it says, reading SIM, after that its stays in Enabling... and does not connect.

all other seems fine (dont have BT to try)

Trip, This was a great effort with lots of goodies in it.

Unfortunately I am experiencing a number if issues.

BT does not work for me, it pairs but will not connect.

WiFi works great (As Usual)

Camera works great (Video and Stills)

Touch to focus does not work

For fun I installed Quadrant to do a test since the phone was getting hot, and Quadrant crashes and I must remove battery to reboot.

I tried just installing the zip

Wiping manually and installing zip

using Super-wipe, wiping manually and installing zip with the same results

Wi-Fi calling is a no and Wi-Fi reception is very bad.

Wi-Fi experience here, very different. I picked up more routers in the neighbourhood than I ever have before.

Do you have a logcat? Can you post your hboot version?

My HBoot Version is 1.17.1111

I can't give you a log cat as I am now on a different rom. Will flash Trips latest release soon.

Wifi Calling: Upon fresh restart, wifi calling hangs on "Please wait while reading SIM". If you toggle it off/on, it hangs on " Please wait while connecting to T-Mobile Network.

Trip, I haven't flashed any Trip rom since 009B, but I am checking here every couple of hours and will now flash 105B.

I will report back if any problem / success with Bluetooth car kit communication (with logcat). I really hope it is fixed now, as I desperately need it...

MiUI Backup works better than ever. This is my first MiUI, so I'm not sure if this is normal behavior or not. I setup my phone completely with the roughly 35 apps installed. Backup up settings and apps using MiUI Backup, wiped data, then restored. All the apps, phone logs, messages, and homescreen setup came back except I had to reset the system time AND re-insert my gmail account data. Everything else is money though. It's nice because now I don't have to worry about TB smile.gif

Phone is snappy and quadrants back it up. They start out cold around 2900 and ramp up to 3450 on my phone. Only issue so far is heat. I've really been giving it a workout, admittedly, and I'm charging, but it's freakin' HOT. Haven't seen it this hot in probably a month lol. We'll see if the battery holds up tomorrow!

Trip- how about a flashable extended power settings so we could reboot into recovery without Rom Manager or pulling the battery cover? I know you said you hate it, so it won't be included. But it would be a nice addon biggrin.gif

to Trip, I dont know if is kernel related or not but so far all the Trips ROM is the same with Flash light APP, the bottom LED is brighter than the other, however does not happen in camera app for flash...

HD Video reboots after 5 - 10 seconds of recording. It records on lower settings and will keep trying different settings.

Camera flash works and will try all the apps that I will now install.

Scrolling is very very fast and overall the rom runs smoothlybiggrin.gif

Between you and I, BT is testing out like this:

WORKING

hands free calling

file transfer

INOP

A2DP

Can you provide a logcat of Streaming music (A2DP) not working? I don't think Trip has BT headphones for testing...

Thanks for the sig cool.gif Yeah, one light is dimmer than the other, CM7 is like that too. I'm not sure if it's a heat or a power draw thing? You can turn the "torch" on the super bright setting in CM7 and it gives you a warning lol. Trips setup is the "normal" MiUI setup as far as I know with one dim and one super bright if that helps any...

I'm seeing the same thing... WIFI Calling hangs when you try to enable it.

I dont have BT headset indeed, also no headphones at all.

Strange about BT as i can send files between phones without problems, so i tought that makes bluetooth fully working. I really dont understand why someone's phone is getting so hot. I dont really experience this.

Hi Trip this Rom working very well in my phone NoFC:) & not hot temp 37.6 Celsius after installed and used about 1.5 hours I am glad thank you!

Hi Trip, BT phone calls and file transfer work fine. It is only BT streaming that is affected. This was a problem in Cyanogen Mod up until Alpha 7 and 8, which fixed the problem.

I think phone being hot isnt ROM problem, but related to hardware..

I'm experiencing the same problem from the very first day i bought the phone. It gets hot, once reached upto 46.3 degrees, while i was on Sense ROMs.

I get same issue on every ROMs, so i think its not the issue of ROM.

I tried undervolting, decreasing cpu clock speed to make it cool, still no luck..
