Guest Gazza10 Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 This combination Vol- +Menu --->> is a quick reboot :) According to the MIUI website vol down and menu keys are for screen shot.
Guest BummAround Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 (edited) I think if you make backup with Miui you can re-flash the ROM and you lose nothing. The guy needs the kernel ONLY not the entire ROM, my friend. :) According to the MIUI website vol down and menu keys are for screen shot. +1 Vol-down + menu = screen capture/ screen shot. I just tried this 3 times and each time the phone froze, the soft keys were lit up and the screen was blank...... I pressed volume down + menu key and no screenshot.....
Guest Gazza10 Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 (edited) Trip, apart from no BT media, HD recording rebooting the phone and problems taking a screen shot, this rom is great. Everything else runs smoothly, scrolling through menus is slick and the sound is awsome. Love the new TripNDroid Settings and have just installed a black with blue text themed market (version 2.3.6). Thanks again for the update! Edited October 18, 2011 by Gazza10

Guest gockillaz Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 Hey Trip~ Just installed S0105B.1.10.14 last night. Works REALLY well, dude. Major improvements since I was last on your ROM (about a month or so ago). No bugs so far. WiFi calling doesn't connect for me, but it's not a major issue. Two other things: 1.) Where can I install Gtalk so that I won't cause the phone to bootloop? 2.) If you guys are looking for some fixed lockscreens, I highly recommend that you go to the link below and download the .zip, or any of the other alternative links on the page. Enjoy! http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1279883

This is the new Google Talk (with video and audiochat) that comes as an extra package (option) with the latest Gapps. Just flash this and everything works without Force Closes! I'm using this for about 4 or 5 rom-versions of Trip's now and its great!20110828-GoogleTalk.zip
Guest oOSturmiOo Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 Until a look in my "AkkuUsage"-Log i noticed that a heavy batterie drain appears if the "LightSensor", "Accelerometer Sensor" and "SMS/MMS" are used. Could the problem be in one of this parts? After 9.5 hours i'm at 60% now(with the 1900mAh ANKER akku) That could be better ;D

I agree that it has to be capable to run on automatic in the end, but for now that can help you save battery life! For SMS/MMS, each time I send an sms, the app force closes. When I open it again it works like it should, and receiving isn't a problem either.

Manually brightness done :D I don't have Problems with SMS(no FC or something else) but i'm wondering why its aktive as long as the Display is on ?.?
Guest klagr Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 This Rom in this Thime is for me the best und Iḿ waiting for the Final..........Thanks for your Work!!
Guest Valerio191 Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 Gratulation to that great rom. The only problems I have are battery draining and random reboots.
Guest Adrieono Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 Random but is there anyway we can customize where it says T-Mobile at the top?
Guest eggyenergy666 Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 This rom made my day, running it all the time! Only thing that doesnt work is some options from trips settings, but he sayd this before release, lovinit! Sent from my TripNMiUI Pyramid using Tapatalk

Guest TaRsY Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 Hi Trip! I made the battery monitorint and the results: Cell standby at the first place, than Display, third one is Phone idle and WLAN. As I read the last comments, I noticed that the heavy battery drain is mainly for the EU users. According to the battery usage results the battery drain is regarding the cell service. Really not kernel side issue, but it's in connection with rils or something. I tried 2 radios too, but same results. I also noticed, that sometimes the signal strength goes to 0 or 2barf, while my HD2 have always full signal The hard thing is to solve the issue while you have an 4G version, but we have here GSM phones waiting for your great rom for a daily use. Hope u can fix this, Greetings from Hungary :)
Guest Stinsvarning Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 Been using this rom off and on since release. Since you dont own a headset trip Id like to add that the sound is now great through headphones aswell. Wasnt for some time but now I'm a happy camper. Thanks for your awesome work.
