My phone also reboots / shuts off a couple of seconds after the lock-screen appears. Other ROMs (on XDA, sorry :)) with a default speed of 1.5ghz work fine on my phone, never had a sudden reboot on any other Sense ROM.

Are there some ADB commands I can enter during boot to limit the CPU speed (or what probably is the cause: lower voltages) before the lock-screen appears?

Flashing an older kernel kinda defeats the purpose of the latest update, I'll probably be back with having echo in my calls making the ROM not usable :(.

trying to 'adb shell' ASAP into my phone while booting. As soon as the shell appears

echo 1188000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq

echo 1188000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq

Actually works to get the system stable. Now to keep it that way :P.

For all that has reboots..go to TripNDroid settings-->>Performance..try smartassV2 and a little lower max CPU frequency..

smartassV2 is better for battery?

upgraded this morning, going really well so far, battery drain is a whole lot better and that's with really quite heavy usage.

no stability issues, now running smartassv2 and enjoying the phone.

first time ive upgraded since last rom install and was really impressed with miui backup, really quick and really comprehensive.

only thing i would say is that cm7 "tripndroid settings" or whatever its called still dont seem to work, specifically "add option for complete silence" which I really rely on going in and out of lectures and such a couple of times a day, if a fix for this could be released it'd be awesome.

flashed this version 0106b succesfully. just don't see the difference in camera. i have the stock miui one , definitely, and fc in tripndroid settings -> lockscreen.

Today I tried the rom TripNMiUI S0106B.1.10.14, very stable and pretty fast.

Unfortunately, Bluetooth is not working and I need a lot because I have two cars with bluetooth.

can someone kindly help me?

Okay, I re-flashed the ROM and it booted up and hanged and restarted again. And now it's fine! :)

Btw, what's up with the new keyboard? :P It's kind of ugly :P

I don't understand Trip, I picture you as a mad scientist of ROM's though. You do amazing work, but it just doesn't seem logical to me. You keep re-doing everything which affects bt etc... Then you release unstable builds? I'm a big fan of your Audio mods and your theming, but I think im gonna have to jump ship to miui.us. I was very hopeful after the last release and the community produced logcats for you to fix stuff. Unfortunately, your genius is getting in the way of logical progress so it seems. Best of luck everyone.

If I was a second later it was 2 late. Specially the 'cpu1' was important, only the first didn't work. You need to do it in the first few seconds the bootanimation starts (adb is ready before the bootanimation)

Or just follow trips' advise and take an older kernel.
