I find that a little strange since it has gone into landscape mode twice. Maybe my phone is a bit magical, i dont have any of the other problems mentioned on this thread either:-)

I know about the other Launchers, i have already bought Launcher pro and ADW. I just like the Miui launcher so much, i can customise it to the extreme. I am going to miss my Ice-cream sandwhich layout. On the other launchers it does not change the style of the whole ROM.But maybe i can use Launcher pro on this ROM.

I highly doubt that because the MiUI launcher does not do landscape mode. In other applications yes (like browser, mail or SMS) but not the launcher.

I know it is not suppose to, that is why i asked the question, i thought Trip had made it possible. But maybe it was some kind of error.

+1. That's not working in any of the betas i think.

Without themed-fonts working, themes feel [sort-of] incomplete

no not all settings and the battery drain inst too bad, at least for me, but its still a damn good ROM....

you never know, after Tip has a little rest, he will probably have a better ROM and kernel than before.....

latest build i love everything cept missing BT and lag when browsing on net; not the speed of the net but like ui or grafical lags especially on forums like this forum in landscape. Not seen that ui lag on other roms.

Is the update tonight or is it some day in the future ?

I use to be a little more vocal, I have tried other ROMs on my Sensation and have come to realize how much effort Trip puts into his work. Thank you for what you do for the community. I am really excited to see this most recent release.

Why?

The answer to that is quite simple, i always build new functions, updates etc. into a 2.6.35.10/13/14 kernel to ensure proper functioning with our phone and the current drivers. For the most part is use the drivers that are currently available, when everything works i start again building the desired kernel but with a 2.6.38.8 base, to ensure proper functioning again and because there is a msm8660 kernel (2.6.36.8) source available. And when i'm again satisfied with the result i start all over again to built the release platform. Previously this was 3.0.4, for me that didnt gave the proper results so i removed the full source to keep myself from using parts from the faulty kernel.

Now i'm almost at the point where i can say i dont need to go back to 2.6.35 but my 2.6.38 source is stable to produce the 3.1.0 RC 9 "DIVEMASTER" kernel, i could release DIVEMASTER but it is not what i expected so i decided to go back a step and improve 2.6.38.8 kernel. Also the 2.6.38.8 kernel is ready to be released today. I'm optimising and finalising it now. Then compile and then everything is good to go.
