Another question... Have you messed with the UV capabilities on faux's kernel on this ROM? I am stable at -50 across the board. I'm stoked for that. Finally got my gps working last night too. It seems if I need any apk or setting or whatever if I just look at my glacier, it's all there. (mms, wifi calling, NTP address) crazy how they fit together. Glacier is a nice device to be sure.

Trip I just got the fastest data I've ever gotten from tmobile! 5053kbps down 1170kbps up. Don't laugh! I know it's not much, but up until this rom the best I could get was 1.5-3. I haven't even touched the ril or radio! Dude! I don't know how/what you do, but you are DAMN GOOD!!!!

Hey If i send you some files (mms.apk, wifi calling) will you make them into a flashable.zip for us USA boys? I need to learn how to do it myself I know, just don't have time right this second, and I know you're busy as hell obviously (cranking out unlimited updates on the sickest roms for sensation) and it's kind of a lot to ask, but I thought I'd try... :D

On a sadder note, I'll be in lake powell starting Friday until Monday night. I'm so excited because it's beautiful, but I know I'm gonna miss out on some killer tripnmobile engineering goodies!

Wow T you got me thinking I should switch to your miui instead of your asop/cm7 with all the updates. Will this be a full wipe update or can I just restore my miui back up now and flash the upcoming update over the top of your old Miui ??

I'm not Trip but it WILL wipe even if you don't tell it to for now until it's stable, but even if I'm wrong it's always best practice. BUT MIUI backup is AWESOME. you can back up everything there and it's like you never wiped anyhow because it puts everything right back where it was, and even save msgs call logs desktop layout etc etc etc. Maybe you already knew that, just trying to help. :D

Ok I am back on the Miui train I dig the new lockscreen with the droid on it nice even smoother than before and I got a text right after the reboot from flashing without my contacts synced so the number was unknown to the phone and no force close awesome guess our SMS problems are slowly being fixed by trip thanks

Whats up with your lock screen just curious

I'm sure it has to do with the proper scaling of custom lockscreen styles. Some of them cause a lockout issue. Like evoluer for example. That lockscreen has locked a cpl ppl out of their device and they had to wipe and reflash to fix.

for everyone i will tell you simply you do not have to wipe for lockscreen issues if you can not unlock cause of bad lockscreen just hold back button and press volume up and it will unlock your device.

That I did not know. Sweet! That's a great tip dude. Trial and error or where did you find it? That's good business. Now it's tine to try every lockscreen I have (about 30) from my glacier and see what's up. I love this community over here! No one thinks their better than everyone they all just help!
