so i did this MIUI backup prior to the flash of the new release...restored apps AND data but the data part didnt transfer, angry birds is new along with everything else...whats the catch?

Weird thing when i flashed back to old rom was when i opened up maps, it said i was missing files and had to download them. Not sure in all the wiping did it remove more then needed. I unfortunately need GPS for work, so i must wait. Ahhh... i might just flash new update to play with it then restore old one for work tomorrow!!!! Man, after using you rom, sense just doesnt feel right anymore.

i do not know if i am doing something wrong because i cannot get the gps to work for nothing. i completely wiped everything on the phone and fastboot wiped it as well. i installed the rom and faux's 1.4 kernal and the gps will will not work. it won't even find my location. the maps app cannot find my location and none of my location aware weather apps can find my location. love this rom please help. radio is 10.56.9035.00p_10.14.9035.01_m and kernal is faux. any help would be much appreciated. by the way OP this is the best rom for the sensation, thanks

There is no catch and it USUALLY works flawlessly, but not this time apparently. I couldn't get my desktop layout to restore and I've used the same back up the last 3 times. ????

Hey guys is the scaling issue fixed in the latest versions? . Been away for a while not sure if it was tackled, I do remember that widgets were slightly panned to the left side of screen.

small mms not fixed yet but push mms.apk frm glacier in system app. still dont know how to use htcbeats.

the miui backup is messed up. wont restore my apps. and when i backup, it wont backup my apps. it says canceld, failed on every app. whats wrong?

Also, what are the chances of seeing BLN on this baby? Thats about the only thing I miss about my sgs....
