Ok, so does anyone have a flashable zip for wificalling? I looked but couldnt find anything. Also, is the mms apk a few pages back for larger mms on TMOUS?

I'm sure it's not recommended, but since I don't have a backup of S002B, I downloaded the official MT4G MIUI ROM and did some quick .apk replacement into S003B.

I exchanged out vending.apk, mms.apk, and launcher2.apk.

Besides a SLIGHT resolution problem due to it being calibrated for another device (Had to make the 270 edit to correct it), everything is fine and smooth here. Not sure which Official ROM he's translating his builds from, but MT4G seems like a good place to start :D

i think it has to do with the ril. im on usa tmo and it wont work

As far as GPS is concerned, 0.north-america.pool.ntp.gov or us.pool.ntp.gov have worked just fine for me on T-Mobile USA

Phone sounds great fast and smooth everything working on my phone I dont use wifi calling so I am never concerned with it and gps works like a charm

I can't get the e-mail program to work. I was able to get my exchange e-mail set-up, but as soon as it tried to install the admin stuff it crashed and now it just FC's whenever I try to use it.

I had the launcher FC crash loop as well. It started right after I attempted to install ROM Manager from the market.

Love your work so far. Keep it up. Can't wait till it's stable!

No flashable zips available, but you can make it work by pushing the apk and lib from another build.

For the GPS there is an app in the market called gpsfix it worked for me after 4 minutes been working well till now TMOUS.

All those FC are language problem, set problem to English and all FC gone. Think i'm removing the multi language again, i'm sick of seeing those messages of FC here, you want multi-language yourselfs. I saw someone with faux kernel and GPS problem. That kernel is not on the rom, so cant help you.

Email app which has been fully functional since alpha is all fc after you set it all up. You even get as far as name it and after that only fcs I've cleared data and no go. Also noticed it's the apk from 2.3.4 idk if that has anything to do with it.

Update: I extracted the email.apk from the previous build and pushed it to /system/app and now it's working fine. If you plan on using your phone to receive email from your exchange account I suggest you do likewise.

Still with all the little things, this build is super stable where it counts the most. And boy oh boy that audio! Nice job Trip.

Is there a link to an old build floating around? I don't see one in the original post anymore. Otherwise, would you mind uploading your email apk?

The ROM is very quick though, and I'd like to thank you for getting this out there :) <3

I did. If it was supposed to fix gps. I'm holding my glacier right beside it and that thing locked in 1.2 sec. I'm still waiting for this phone....

gos is locking super fast now. Took a sec but now after I turn off and on it grabs location quick. Nice!.
