1) Download kernel, installer and startup file

2) Connect phone to pc

3) Copy the unzipped conten of the autoinstaller on the root of my storage

4) Disconnect phone from PC

5) Open o2beta folder and run androidinstaller.exe

6) Wait till the end of the black screen with "falling"text

7) The device will reboot in more or less 30 second

8) Connect phone to PC

9) Copy the file "startup.txt" on the root of my storage

10) Run "haret.exe" from the root of my storage

11) Again wait till the end of the black screen with "falling" text

12) Android will boot (it takes lot of time at the first time)

13) Once in android, don't do anything, just reboot

14) Connect phone to PC

15) Copy the unzipped content of "kernel rev 75..." on the root of my storage, overwriting if necessary

16) Run again "haret.exe" from the root of my storage

17) Android will boot

18) I suggest to reboot again once or two time just to be sure

home and back works, but you must install update REV98.

Dont forget to change name to: cm_o2_update.tar and rest is as always

Hi. I didn't want to "attack" you..that was just one curiosity..

Aniway i think that the developers are doing a wonderful job totally free for us, so i think we can live with some bugs that will be soon resolved

I still appreciate devs for their working from the start and hope a stable rev coming soon

Do we need copy zimage in rev 98? In my understanding, we don't?

- Rotate on keyboard-slide+home/back was already working with cmb1/rev98

- autorotate didnt work with cmb1/rev98, does after these updates

- ~ & " didnt work for me with beta2 & 3, and surprisingly, it doesnt work with cmb1 after test-updates

- sources from devs not updates on o2droid  (as of yet, of course)

Hi:

2 questions:

1) Will android work on wm6.1, or the phone must have wm6.5 (i have 6.5, but one of my frind with 6.1 asked this question to me)

2) What's the meaning of "phonepart not working"? Does it means that i cant make and receive calls?

1. Yes. It is wm independent.

2. You are correct. No phone, no text messages, no data

I know. It just doesn't work.

We will have to wait for Sandors source changes. According to Voyteckst he will commit after cleaning them.

Then I can analyze if this is caused by kernelchanges or if it is caused by elementary changes in the android fs.

I think it must be kernel changes, because it is based on spica. I compiled spicagen and cyanogenmod myself and they run fine on my B-7610.
