MTK6516 based ROMs

Hi,

there are loads of super cheap phones using MTK6516 chips and they seem like good candidates for modding (because they're unlocked already and the cost is lower if they're bricked or catch fire).

I know there are dozens of hardware variations but is anyone building a Custom ROM based on current Android versions for that chipset?
