Guest Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 Thankyou tillaz you made my day there
Guest Zelych Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 (edited) It should be added to first post of the battery indicators thumbnail as an indicator that looks like? EDIT: Even small details such as data transfers take place, so in addition to "H" is displayed arrow. Edited December 29, 2011 by Zelych
Guest arnookie Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 Is that serious? I can't tell knowing youtube these days :D Yes they are real. I was looking at them a few days ago. Not pratical in my opinion. They make the phone way to big and heavy. But they are real cheap now. But you can get higher capacity batterys that are as small as origional. They had these for sale for the Toshiba TG01 also a couple of years back. Lol
Guest weaversbrook Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 well I have tried everything posted to stop the phone not waking up after sleep to no avail and every time it does I lose all my apps and have to re do titanium restore so will be staying with blue monte for a while cheers.

Not a known problem from what I know. Maybe you had a corrupt download. Try downloading and re install. Maybe it will work after that. Also do a full wipe or just wait for v3.0
Guest Atomix86 Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 If you want a dual core phone a SGS2 is the best (aprt from the new galaxy nexus) which can be had for £300 ish new, an LG 2x has always been second best in just about every department to the SGS2 - is it worth £100 more probably not. God no, I had a samsung before (the galaxy s I mentioned earlier), and it was laggy, full of bloat, and has that terrible touchwiz rubbish on it. Not a fan of that company at all, but out of curiosity I checked anyway and couldn't find one for £300? The only other alternative I may pick over a 2x is the motorola atrix, seen it for 180 new on ebay.
Guest tillaz Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 (edited) is there any bigger battery's available for the omc like this http://www.amazon.co...25145750&sr=8-2 or this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ecell-2430MAH-FL-53HN-BUSINESS-BATTERY/dp/B005O8S8E8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1325145957&sr=8-1 think if i get the optimus 2x i will get that 2400Mah battery Edited December 29, 2011 by tillaz
Guest hyperfighting Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 Excellent rom, I`m just wondering which of the current tpt`s in the tpt thread works best for this rom, as in gives most data ? I tried the first one, changed tpt, did full wipes, flashed rom and it stayed on the green android man, waited for 10 mins. I guess it didnt like the new partition layout.

Guest Redstarr1 Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 (edited) lg optimus 2x has a much better gpu (tegra 2 with 8 core's) than the SGSII, unless you get the Korean version that has the same tegra 2 chip set EDIT: infact they have the same cpu... just the SGSII is clocked @ 1.2ghz, & the optimus 2x can be overclocked as high as 1.5ghz .. so performance wize its not really better in my opinion, but beats it in other departments sutch as NFC support, super AMOLED ect I always thought that Tegra2 is slower than Exynos (which is on the most SGS2's, but there are SGS2's with Tegra2 in other countries). In Belgium SGS2 is with AMOLED screen and Exynos soc, I don't know which version they sell in the UK (actually I can, because my dad has one that's bought in the UK, so I'll check that later). I have a site with benchmarks, but I can't really show it to you because it's all in Dutch. One weird thing is that SmartBench in Games does indeed show that Tegra2's score way beter and Exynos is even worse there than Hummingbird (which was on SGS1). Anyway I don't think it really matters. They're all excellent soc's that are way better than the TI A6 in our Skate :-). I'd take the Samsung over the LG because I like how thin it is, it has excellent battery life (well compared to the Skate anyway) and I just don't like LG in general. Their logo looks so .. cheap, with the smiley face. If you don't like TouchWiz or think that it's bloated, it's also very easy to unlock the Samsung and there are plenty of custom roms. I put madmack's rom on my dad's phone, but that's just because he wanted it to still look like TouchWiz, before that he had Litening. Edited December 29, 2011 by Redstarr1

The 2400mah battrery is the same size as origional and they are only £9 on amazon.
Guest C3C0 Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 Hmm do you think these are not fakes? I wonder how can a battery having almost double capacity be the same size...

I really don't think how thin it is matters to me as the lg seems really slim anyhow. I always use a flip case on my phones anyway so that bulks them back up a little. The phone its self only has a very small LG logo on the front top edge and is blended in very nicely. No logo is in the back of the phone apart from the Google one so I really don't know what you mean about the logo with a smily face. I also get great battery life from the LG compared to my skate. Like I said before LG are making some exellent phones that are often overlooked and they keep up or ever out perform the bigger brands at the higher prices. The lg 2x is a really nice looking and feeling phone for the money and I for one can not see the incentive to pay double the cost for the other branded phones. If I were you I would really take another look at the LG's.
Guest roek Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 hi!! this is a new ROM ? you can put any pictures of the ROM? its like ICS? i am using cm7 and i wanna know your ROM before install. thanks
Guest ogbass54 Posted December 29, 2011 Report Posted December 29, 2011 i used cm7 before but now i am usng atomic its awesome, best rom ever!

The s2 has loads of reports over how bad its battery life is because it's a tiny 1250mah battery. The custom rom argument is redundant because all android phones can achieve that, and in this case I imagine the 2x and s2 would perform almost identically.
