To sign up, You clearly need to be an PayPal user. So, to get this offer, you have to register at Filesoninc. To do that, you have to pay through PayPal, and if you don't have that, obviously have to register there to. I am an PayPal user, but now I have to go through a couple of security questions and the first is my Creditcard. An old one that I don't have anymore and can't verify...

So... it stops there... Sadly.
