Official 2.3.5 on stock GEN2 Libra

Can anyone create FAQ how to flash official Moldova ROM on ZTE Libra stock GEN2 (Life BELARUS) without any modifications (aka circle battery mod, notification power widget, power menu reboot options, transparent notification area, CRT screen off animation...)?

Just clean(!) stock Moldova ROM on ZTE Libra GEN2

I tried everything, and all almost good with this (app management finally begin to work fine). Only 2 problems can't be solved for me:

-Random touchscreen freezes after sleep (it freezes EVERY TIME after screen off)

-Camera (can't connect to camera)

I think that if someone can create MODs like this or this or this than someone solved this problems. Maybe someone can tell how to fix stock ROM without any modifications, or how to upgrade the phone without fixing the ROM.

So please, HELP!

I had a similar problem when using the official image.bin file.

Digitizer was OK, but it was unable to connect the camera.

apparently there are problems with the camera drivers in the new version.

So? Any solutions? Or no chances to use official 2.3.5 on Zte Libra from Belarus? (GEN2 origin).
