Transparent bars

All I want is to see the wallpaper fully on my screen without the ugly black bars at the top and bottom...

P.S when I use the Windows default the bars are transparent but the screen is ruined by the windows stuff they put, maybe if we could edit thos out and keep the bars transparent?

First time in Modaco, really helpful..great work guys :)
