Guest [email protected]
Silly question since it will be my first time flashing the andypad. I assume that the flash tools is to be installed on laptop and that pluggging/unplug USB refers to connecting the andypad to the laptop. Or am i totally wrong? Guest kokotron
Thanks a lot for this EDIT: I'm getting a lot of Google Services Framework FCs but that might be because of the mess I did before: First I had the CAE installed, then tried to flash yours, got forever stuck in the ANDY PAD_ part. I frivolously did EraseIDB and reflashed only to find out I had erased booting as well (oops) Reflashed CAE to get boot back, then tried to flash the stock rom dump as backup from some other post (I thought maybe yours had to be flashed over the original one). The CAE didn't go anywhere though. Tried again with a parameter file, got stuck at ANDY PAD_ again. Then flashed your files again, and IT WORKED :D Apart from the gapps thingy... If I were you I would flash back to stock using the image in this thread. Follow the procedure above but only tick backup and point it at the image you downloaded. Then flash this Rooted Stock mod over the top. ~

That's exactly the image I used, through the "backup" option as well - I messed up the "parameter" part I guess. Will try again with your parameter file and come back B) UPDATE: I did EraseIDB, installed stock rom as backup with no parameter file, then installed yours, works like a charm now :) Edited October 28, 2011 by kokotron
