Busybox installation failed and android can't boot up anymore

I believe I tried to install busybox on beta3, then the phone doesn't wake up from sleep anymore, maybe frozen at that point already. When I tried to launch haret.exe again from WM, I didn't get the android logo screen at all. Probably screwed up some system files during busybox install, anyone has any experience on this one?
