- no lag in camera preview

- usb tethering works

- bt tethering should work (haven't tried yet)

For some reason I can't install Whatsapp Messenger. I really use this a lot. Is there any way I could install this?

Just built it couple of hours ago

No info on battery yet but I suppose it'll be good

It's running my kernel.

Yeah and forgot to mention that camera preview within barcode scanners still lags.

But at least it's "smooth" when taking pictures.

You can try without factory reset/wiping data partition. This means:

1) wipe cache

2) advanced / wipe dalvik cache

3) mount & storage / format system

4) Install rom

5) Install gapps

6) Reboot

Do full wipe in case of problems

Why, what happens when you reboot without flashing gapps?

Simply because they won't be there and there might be something in data partition to reference gapps and may cause problems.

The first download link on skydrive worked for me.

I installed it without any wipe and it seems to be work, :)) The preview now smooth.

I didn't flashed gapps too. (To tell the truth, should you follow C3C0-s method, I just tried it, and I have luck)

Camera works in 11 build but then S2E is broken i think i will revert to 09 build until all i want is fixed in a newer build :P
