im having trouble with opening downloads on advent tablet. can any 1 help me please.

Which ROM are you using? Which browser? If everything is vanilla, there should be a folder in the root of your SD card called "Download/s".

when i try to open systemusb.zip,and iv download sliverlight.exe so i can watch sky on the go, it wont open and android market

For the .zip file try using Androzip from the market. The .exe on the other hand can not be opened within android, it is a windows executable and as far as I am aware silverlight does not exist for mobile devices yet.
