Works like a charm, :D but i would do the wipes first. Because it has all your contacts, settings, apps... and acounts inside. I would say i do the wipes and re-rar it but i cant without CWR :P It would be better to wipe it all so it starts with the welcome screen.

Allso you managed to fix the splash screen because it was showing the medion picture 2 times, and between there was a blackscreen for a second.

Only one thing tough if you turn of the phone the battery charging icon is missing. I allso have tis on other soms maybe letting the battery complety die and recharge will fix it :s

EDIT: this backlup still has clockworkmod...

That backup doesn't have clockworkmod, look closely when you make the restore(I bet it isn't restoring recovery...).

You'll have to flash the zip I gave with stock recovery and flash it in cwr...

My account and all? s***... lol...

So whats different on this one with the one i gave you? But acctually its more then good enough. People can flash to a backup change there splash screen back. And restore there original recovery. So about the splash screen's can you go to a location in rootmanager or some other way to delete them. It looks like the stock you gave me shows the medion logo only once instaid of twice.

If its ok for you i will add the links to the first MEDION P4310 page. And give you credits.

You dont care about your contacts and stuff, or are they fake? :D

I can't understand how my contacts and stuff got in there cuz I didn't boot that...

Let me take a look at it before sharing.

The difference is that this one has stock recovery and matching md5.

It does not have stock recovery. If i flash it and reboot into recovery with adb i just go to clockworkmod. When i power off the phone and have it in recharge mode instaid of the battery logo it shows a box with this haha :D

Something weird went with this...Maybe's the ROM provided are messed up, maybe your backup's screwed, maybe my recovery messed with the *.img...

Links removed. Today or tomorrow I'll look at this carefuly.

I seem to be having this on all roms now. :S i allso have this in Atomicblue 1.6 First i used the Cyanogen like battery mod. Then i flashed your circle battery mod (wich looks really nice) but i didnt do all the wipes. Maybe that caused the problem. Or it could allso be Atomicblue... I dont have a clue because normally i allways recharge with the phone on.

And i cant find anything on google about the battery logo missing. Should i make a different thread about this? :D

I can ask a friend with the same phone to look if he allso has the problem. One is on cyanogenmod and one is on bluemonte 1.8d so if they dont have it i can try flashing atomic, the battery mods, then my stock backup... and look everytime if the problem exists.

I added some links in the MEDION P4310 topic. I gave you credit :)

If you still have the restore I gave you(from the link I removed) or if you remember, what was the account associated to that?

Or even a contact if you can remember.

I'm suspecting that the backups are messed up, cuz I simply assembled the modified backup on pc copied to phone, restored and made a rar from files in pc. So it's impossible to have any connection to my phone.

It certainly isnt mine eighter i dont speak frensh or anthing but since i flashed it im expiriencing a lot of bugs. Like the battery icon not showing. Sometimes the phone is stuck on splash or bootloader... I hope this is still fixable.

I just double checked the one i uploaded is in dutch. And if you boot it starts with:

"Welkom bij MEDION LIFE P4310" (Welcome to ...)

Did you restore the backup you made earlier?

Or flash a TPT, that should fix it.

I tried flashing back to the backup i uploaded on post #41 on page 3.

I tried flashing back to a nandroid (in Clockworkmod 4.0.1.4) i had from atomicblue, i tried flashing to bluemonte 1.8d to a rooted stockrom. None of it worked. The battery bug remains, and im allso expiriencing some other bugs.

I dint have a clue what TPT was but i found this: Link

A feature exclusive to this phone, and perhaps a few other obscure ones. TPT is like ultimate Brick Protection. If you have ever looked at GParted from Linux it may be easier to understand, but essentially, it is a complete disk image of the entire phone. So no matter how messed up your phone becomes, whether you delete partition x, or remove the most important system files, you can just flash a new TPT, and your back to normal. This is not a rom, it is simply an image your phone. Some TPTs contain only Recovery, whilst others are full systems.

You need to get the TPT "image" folder on your SD-Card. If you are bricked, you will need to take it out and use a card-reader or other device. Download the TPT you want, extract it, and copy the “image” folder to the root of your SD-Card. Power on with Menu and Vol + held. It will begin wiping, and repartitioning + Flashing your phone. If you choose an image with simply ClockWorkMod installed you will also need a Rom ready to flash if you want to use your phone.

So if i understand it correctly i will have to find a TPT img thats works for my phone. That will repartition and format everything. And then afterwards it should wright everything back to normal?

Is this just a backup, or do i have to use a ZTE TPT and then flash my backup again?

If you could help me fix this i wont disturb you again, and you can stop waisting your time on this :)
