Chaps, if you just want to give +1, then you can (and should) use the small green pluses button at the bottom right of each post. This is just pointless and makes it even sicker reading this thread and searching for the relevant information. Really, can it be so hard?

Change Backlight to automatic and Buttonbacklight will work again. If you leave it on auto it will allways work if you change it back to what ever they sometimes don't work till you change Backlight again.

I had it removed...Reported it....These guys are stupid...I HATE dumb noobs....like inquisitive and open noobs are cool..but dumb "bandwagon/wanna-be down radical-type noobs" do stuff like that. Bad English, Attitudes, Random rambling about the color of 1 damn pixel or a bluetooth controller to play games...SMMFH

However..Just rather odd Freezes and reboots..Otherwise this is ready for daily use.

Great Work...We could care 2 monkey's balls about a Bluetooth...Bluetooth is for old people who talk loud in public and look like arse's..only things that are for sure guys is that TRIP will fix volume, maps and camera...First the rest will need to be STABLE.

I have to say that you guys need to leave radios and Overclocking ALONE. This is NOT recommended and will bork your experience...So PLEASE stop asking about which radio works best as the one that comes with it is the one you should be using and all this bluetooth and maps talk should stop as we KNOW this is NOT a priority of achieving a working build for an alpha and an RC. AGAIN...Let's just focus on what we have and stopping the reboots first before you add things. To Senior testers and devs and people with sense you sound like dumb pregnant sea lions.

That sounds like you gotta bad flash..That's not on any build we've had...FULL WIPE cache and dalvik and factory again..redownload ROM and flash again. Only way to bbe sure of ANY issues you have. I promise this should fix it.

Ive had a couple times now since 7.5 where my phone will freeze and then auto reboot and when it comes back all applications are gone yet settings are still available. Its a strange issue Ive never seen on other roms...Also this was a fresh install from a completely different rom. Just wondering if anyone has any clue what would cause this?

Great ROM by the way. Nobody else has really done anything with the sensation on ICS. Keep up the good work

What do you mean, the radio which comes with the rom? There is no radio bundled with the rom.nthe radio which comes with the phone? Crap, why do you think they bundle new radio firmwares with newer rom versions?Writing in bold does not make you look smart...

Btw, OC is already included because were using trips Endtime kernel...

There are just two things, one major, onr minor that i find worrying though. My phone gets warm very easily when im not charging, and boiling hot when I am. Thr second thing is that only 4 things show up when I check battery status, display, idle, standby and system... im not sure why

I understand Bluetooth is not a top priority since a rom can be perfectly usable without bluetooth, but to say bluetooth has no use is really unfair.

1) A2DP for those (like myself) who have wireless headphones

2) BT Calling for those (like myself) who live in cities with bans on using your phone while driving.

In fact, I'd MUCH rather have working bluetooth than Camera, but I understand people's needs for it (some people use it for work, some people I guess need to take pics of everything everywhere?)

I just came across this thread today and been following it closely (hour by hour :D) , waiting for the next release to try it out (didnt want to flash A-7.5, since new one comin soon) anyway, all i wanted to say was this:

GREAT WORK MATE. Really really great! (based on other users experiences ;))

Cant wait to try ICS on Sensation (my HD2 has a beta already but its just not that smooth, hoping the extra hardware on the sensation will be a better experience)

It happens to me too, i've noticed it happens when I am using my phone heavily. I thought I was the only one that this was happening too, since I didnt see any one else reporting it.

On Alpha 7.

Completely impressed with this. ICS is so refined and polished. Amazed at how smooth this is considering the stage of development and missing hardware support. The new voice-to-text feature is just rockin'. I might be in the minority, but I think the keyboard is one of the best improvements. It's better than (gasp) iOS.

With a fully calibrated battery and moderate usage I was getting 11-12 hours with this.

Freezes & reboots seem to be centered around the browser (happens occasionally) and opening the Facebook app. (again, occasionally)

Keep up the good work.

hey,

tried the 7.5 version half a day so far:

- bootloop on manage apps (maybe caused by restoring bout 8 apps by titanium backup)

- wpa/wpa2 wifi is working stable

- 802.1x wifi can`t choose ca certificates, but they are shown in security menue (trusted credencial), also unable to install new certificates (password problem)

- can´t remove screen lock

...

just underclocked to 1,2ghz and undervolted global -50mah still blazzin fast

very nice rom so far

I drive for a living, as do many people. It is against the law not to use hands free in my country, too. So how about this, I own a camera, so I can do without that. However no bluetooth means it isn't and can't be a daily driver, either that or I can't!

If you want all your widgets from the same app use android widget pro ( Facebook, messaging, contact, calendar, ect ). It works fine with version 7.5.
