Guest dvandit Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 what is the difference between battery calibration and wipe battery stats? and when do i perform in which situation which one do i use?
Guest frcfed Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 Am i forced to wipe data and start the whole setup process everytime i flash a new alpha? Yes, at this point. The builds differ too greatly, a full wipe is needed.
Guest steini81 Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 what is the difference between battery calibration and wipe battery stats? and when do i perform in which situation which one do i use? Wipeing batterystats is part of the calibration. So this two things belong together but you can wipe only the baterystats seperately in recovery if you want. Now you can unplug your phone and reboot to recovery. In recovery (CWM) you choose advanced and in there you find "wipe battery stats" after wipeing you reboot you phone and use it till 9% battery. And than do the same again (charge - wipe). Now your batterystats should be o.k. If you have "Touch recovery" you find the "wipe batterystats" option in "wipe and format" section but the procedure is the same as in CWM.

The zip file has only the apk in it and nothing more. So google dsp manager.apk donload and choose the mediafire link. You can install it normal or you copy it to system/app and change permisions and reboot. Than you will find the app in your app drawer. The apk works fine for me when i copy it to system/app and reboot. Edited December 15, 2011 by steini81

Guest Joel lock Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 I use volume + boost and it works
Guest TripNRaVeR Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 well, i tried, i havent found anything on a in call volume Even if that is true, it would not be good to flood this topic with questions. This isnt a release rom, this is an alpha and you post problems you think are important but they arent even on the list to get fixed  Sound works, done! You can call someone it all works.. So it is quite useless to expect this to be fixed in an alpha version. If you insist on using an alpha with youre nearly basic knowledge of android then use Google. This has to stop before it is getting extremely anoying! I said many times this isnt a release topic/rom.
Guest dvandit Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 what's wrong with asking people question? trip what do you use to increase in call volume in this rom?
Guest Chilled26 Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 what's wrong with asking people question? trip what do you use to increase in call volume in this rom? Try opening the dialer and raising the volume with out making a call and see if that helps. Sent from my TripNiCE Pyramid using Tapatalk
Guest Basil3 Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 done that, still not good Well I guess you're gonna have to live with it, or flash another ROM
Guest dvandit Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 but this is the best rom ever !!!!
Guest berlintzen Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 but this is the best rom ever !!!! Just wait......and please stop spamming the topics. This is an Alpha Rom..
Guest Shagman68 Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 well, i tried, i havent found anything on a in call volume DSP Manager will only affect speakerphone, headphone or Bluetooth, not the front speaker. I usually set the EQ to Voice and loudness to Strongest. For all 3 settings. Listen to music while messing with the settings and you will hear the difference.
Guest Alphawolf36 Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 but this is the best rom ever !!!! Dude, I think you should read this, http://php.about.com/od/programingglossary/qt/alpha_beta.htm . It will explain why you are not getting answers for what you want. For the little request like better call volume, i would stay clear of ROMs not in at least beta form. Because it only make you look worse for asking things like that in a forum that clearly states that it is still an ALPHA build. Best of luck man.
