Guest Vansphone
EDIT Just noticed the Build number is Acer_Liquid_1_002.07.AAP_GEN2. I don't yet know which region AAP is but I assume I need to change to an EMEA region ROM? Advice needed. I have a brand new Liquid E fresh out of the box and I find most of my existing apps are shown as incompatible (often bought for a Sony Experia Play). Examples of apps listed as incompatible: Aldiko Amazon MP3 BBC iPlayer Fieldrunner HD Flick Golf The Sims 3 Minecraft Pocket Edition Paper Camera Sketchbook Mobile There are many more. Also, when I search for other apps like Virtual City they are simply not listed in the Market. The phone was bought from Expansis for a great price and was listed as an EU version; it came with a European charger. I don’t know if this is relevant. It is running the lasted Acer firmware The phone is a gift for my daughter but currently it looks like it will not load the games she wants to play. Any help will be gratefully received. Guest zorginho
Install the latest bin 4.002.14 then install the malez recovery and finally flash liquidnext 1.9.2 (gingerbread 2.3.7). All the info and the guides are in the ultimate liquid thread. Inviato dal mio Liquid usando Tapatalk

Inviato dal mio Liquid usando Tapatalk While waiting for a reply I installed Acer_LiquidE_1.100.05_EMEA_GEM1 from another site and that flashed the phone to 2.1. I can now see and download many more apps. However, I will take your advice and reflash it again Thanks for the reply
