Yes but why you have this problem when all others doesn't????

We have the same version so there is something you do wrong!!

Probably you could provide your build.prop so we can compare it to your working version?

Tried to set the country- and language-parameter in build.prop and add the manufacturer, but sadly - no luck :/

The bad thing is that, in my case, it occurs also with a self-developed app, and I can't get any hint on which parameters the Market depends on :(

No ICS branch on the Blade yet, so if nightlies start rolling, I doubt the Blade will be included.

https://github.com/TomGiordano/

EDIT: I've been looking at the updates and a lot of them are for the Gingerbread branches, so what this probably means is that we will be seeing first RC for CM7.2 soon. We'll probably have to wait some more for CM9.

HW video playback now working on skate. No youtube app though as that's part of a bigger issue.

Anyone else noticed that streaming audio is not working? 8tracks, Grooveshark html5.grooveshark.com, bandcamp, we are hunted etc.

A lot of changes/merges in CM github:

https://github.com/cyanogenmod

I can smell blood.

Maybe today will be first nightly as there was sad:

https://twitter.com/...384518163111936

2 months passed, so...

Most of the merges (90% of the merges that are hardware related are coming directly from CAF, who are basing their new drivers on kernel 3) are making the CM codebase only more incompatible with armv6 devices such as the blade ;)

No CM9 for the blade in January, mark my words.

@upAre you working on 3.x kernel for Blade?

Is it possible?

Even Samsung Spica has kernel 3.x from tom3q.

How's your work on ics for Blade?

TomG has released the first Cyanogenmod 9 builds. Currently we're at alpha 5. I made this thread for TomG's CM9! But at the "quick links from the thread" section you can find more CM9 based ROMs!

on the site theres no download

we agree with what your saying but not how you are saying it.......

not sure, the "smashing the head in with a brick"-part sounds kind of fun ;)

i was meaning his previous post:

don't ever quote the first post in a thread again. Let me repeat that for you so it soaks in. DONT QUOTE THE OP

as i agree, no smashing of my head please. but it is a tad annoying having to scroll down a bit more than usual because of all the screenshots wink.gif

well, i've come aross this thread just now and i would like to put down my 2 cents worth here.

sometimes, we have new members here looking for help or some fun and they might occassionaly ask some obvious questions. for me, that is totally understandable. when i was new here, i couldn't even find reply button

what i'm asking is, please treat others the way you want to be treated. calling "names" dose not help at all, also it is against forum rules.

thank you

Hi!

I was wondering because there was mentioned that the dsp manager should work, but in my case it isn't. I´m using the alpha 5 fix2. There isn't even an icon for the app. When i try to install the apk afterwards (from here: http://android.modaco.com/user/909406-akash-p/page__f__488), the app installer says that it is an system application blah blah blah, and when i install it, it says that it isn't installed. I also tried the one to be flashed via recovery but no luck either, icon appears but the program force closes all the time.

Thanks in advance.

Amazingly smooth. Videos used to lag until I put on force gpu render, tested, then turned off. Video streaming works (tested via pornhub trololol) yet to test youtube although it should work. Runs smoother than CM7 imo. Just fix the camera and its perfect :)

this and bulstram rom has a bug. push the power button and start moving the circle around, press the power button again without removing your finger from the screen and start moving around again, it will restart :) i dont know if it because of the camera thats not working or something else. both roms are very nice and i'm using them daily. bulstram doesnt find my google calendars and doesnt open some apps , i prefer fix v 2 :)

Videos DO NOT WORK. Let me guess you're using an app like moboplayer or vplayer right? As I said videos don't work.

Other than that camera isn't the only thing not working.

(@Davidoff59 Is this okay or still too harsh? I can't move to the next thread if someone is talking utter BS :D)

brookergray, the mods are the only ones that approve what's ok and what's not. Your previous comments were a touch drastic, I'm sure you see that now.

My personal view that if you teach a newb or noob, then they can help teach the next noob. Ripping someone a new bum hole because they ask a seemingly stupid question or make daft comments will not teach them anything.

Share the knowledge, its how we all learned.

Edit, I'm not sure why you singled me out of 5 or 6 comments regarding your reply, to ask for approval.
