He seems to be a very gifted dev, but I think he likes to go after the newest challenge more than contend with the sometimes tedious details of maintaining a ROM. That's fine; he's not promising anything else, and he's almost always the first one out with a working version of nearly anything, which is amazing in itself. Still, it would be good if he had some others like you who could help with follow-up. Regardless, I really appreciate your coming forward with this fix. I badly wanted to try MiUI v. 4, and this is making that possible.

Is it for the frequent freezes/instability in general or for the market inaccessibility? So, bluetooth & USB has no prob now? How about video recording? Guest areicko Posted March 14, 2012 Report Posted March 14, 2012 Yipee !! :D it's working for me ;-) If adb doesn't work, find a file explorer apk on the web (such as estrongs), and just copy the .so file to /system/lib with root permissions, and then just put rights to rw-r--r-- , and reboot. It's working for me ;-)

When you try to pair it finds the device (in my case the BT headphone) and when you try to pair it it brings up an empty dialogue where it should ask you for a pairing code ... then everything crashes and you're back on the homescreen. At least that is my experience and I've been flashing Trip's roms for ages, so I'm not a noob. I am able to enter the code but it doesn't pair correctly with my car Bluetooth...guess AD2P isn't working

Good new's is everthing like bluetooth, 1080p video recording all work. Bad news, it's based on top of a HTC Sense rom :huh: how will that work? does that mean it's just a sense skin? like a miui-ed senseless rom, i.e., with all the lag and crashes that come along for the ride?

So far it's working well. No sign of sense remains other than the Camera and keyboard, if not for that and the file size you would not know it's based on a HTC rom at all. Also why would you want a senseless miui rom, sounds like crap and a rip-off from htc lol Is that where the community is going....... great :blink: ps. does miui comply with GPL? otherwise i expect vorBeth to hunt them down and kill all there releases like he is doing with any rom. All I did here was observe the following in the logcat on startup, so I grabbed that file from Trip's CM9 ROM. The audio input fix was quite similar, but files from HTC stock. You need to just let the guy deal with it whichever way he needs to. I am sure he will come back to develop again when his head is right, but frankly, his head very clearly isn't right at the moment and I for one find his tweets very upsetting and equally disturbing. The guy really ought to seek some help as he is very obviously struggling at the moment. If you're listening Trip, there is no shame at all in feeling like you do, so seek some help mate, there is more to life than Android ROMs - so only come back when it helps you. However after installing it in the bootloader, it is stuck at the bootscreen Is there any way to resolve this? Really like your ROM~ (:
