Continued problems in the installation of ICS 4.0.3 (Beta 36), freezes on the boot screen. Does anyone have a liquid s100 and has done work? If you can tell me how to install.

Thank you.

Steps to do the installation:

1) Start recovery mode (with recovery Malez)

2) Wipe Menu => Clean all

3) Flash Menu => Install (without signed)

4) Reboot

5) Freeze in the image booting

I have Liquid S100 (not E), its works of course.

I can advise you to do a clean install: format your sd-card (optional), install firmware from bin (4.002.14 EMEA GEN1 or 4.008.08.EMEA.VFIT), then malez, then wipe all and then flash zip file of alpha_36 without signature check.

Liquid A1 (s100) here, no freezes when booting. You DO know that first boot after flashing can take 2-3 minutes, right?

Hello, new on Modaco, sorry for my bad english.

Just tested Alpha 36, good and speed rom.

I just view that hd videos made with ln 1.9.2 are very slow and freeze.

This is the only bug i've seen (and camera).

Message for The Pasto ... if someone is in contact, please refer ;)

I asked at developer of ICS for optimus one about HW acceleration for adreno 200, and this is what he sayd :

I hope ... if someone need translation I'll do ... I know that at least suxsem and thepasto are italian, i haven't translated the post becouse I didn't want to distort the meaning ... I'm not a developer, I don't know well the unix systems ... but if some developers want me to translate, I'm ready to help :)

We should use Apex Launcher instead of Trebuchet, because it's faster.

Posted

wouldn't recommend Apex Launcher for A1 users as it uses about twice as much ram (22mb) with only one homescreen, no widgets and everything fancy turned off compared to stock (11mb) with 5 homescreens and one widget.

btw, ram usage seems pretty great so far, definitely on par with LiquidNext1.9.2.

keep it up devs!

I've gotten everything working great with this (that I need to) except the battery. My battery indicator doesn't report anything, just a batter with a red exclamation mark. It doesn't change when charging either, and the led notification on top of the phone constantly flashes because of it. I wouldn't care if it wasn't for the damn flashing led. Anyone know how to fix this one thing? I've reflashed so many times and can't figure it out

Is proximity sensor working well?

The only thing which stops me from flashing this is the camera and the phone sensor ;-0
