Me: @acerID Will there be Ice Cream Sandwich for Acer Liquid Metal?? Please Acer, help us! Give us the last gift, give us ICS. Thank you.

Acer: @restorfive There will be an ICS Update. Please be patient and wait for the official release :)

If you don't believe me, go on Twitter page of Acer Indonesia, scroll down (I sent my message on 15th Feb), then press CTRL+F and search for "restorfive". I think Acer gave us a clear answer and I hope it's true.

I ordered from Expansys-usa my new Mocha Liquid Metal Gingerbread, now in transit to my location.

I also anticipate (X-fingers) that ICS would be available as an upgrade for us LM owners.

My last statement means..."hoping".

Though according to these very recent article links, Acer is confirming the ICS update for all current Iconia Tablet slate. Previously, there was no official statement from Acer regarding ICS upgrade on current products.

Some positive "signs of life"...after Gingerbread. While the LM Gingerbread is still currently sold worldwide...my "gut feeling" tells me, a late 2012 ICS update.
