Guest VJftw Posted March 23, 2012 Report Posted March 23, 2012 When searching for mobile networks it actually displays a list of them, but all numbered (that same bug as was in cm7.2x). And I think the reason it's not working now is because APNs don't save? which is the same bug some of us get in cm7.24. So data might be able to be fixed fairly quickly? possibly I love the sound on this so much. there's no clipping at all! <3

Guest fabiorino Posted March 24, 2012 Report Posted March 24, 2012 (edited) Lens you lost radio fm. Does it work? Edited March 24, 2012 by fabiorino
Guest Lens_flare Posted March 24, 2012 Report Posted March 24, 2012 it seems fm won't work.. now cm9 even doesn't have its own fm app. try "spirit fm" with different settings if you need it.
Guest vidalix Posted March 25, 2012 Report Posted March 25, 2012 i've already try.... it's a miracle... impressive!!! i've no words!!! brilliant work!!!
Guest coolo2sky Posted March 25, 2012 Report Posted March 25, 2012 Can you upload it to mediafire because when I download from you're site it never finishes downloading. I've tried 2 diffrent computers and my phone but the download always randomly stops.
Guest chemicalbuz Posted March 25, 2012 Report Posted March 25, 2012 i could do a mirror on mediafire if it isn't a problem for developers
Guest LoveForEver1325 Posted March 25, 2012 Report Posted March 25, 2012 (edited) We would like to get statistics. Sometimes it's difficult to download but if you wait 10 minutes it will work very well. Try again to download if it doesn't work, i'll send it to you by PM Edited March 25, 2012 by LoveForEver1325
Guest coolo2sky Posted March 25, 2012 Report Posted March 25, 2012 Can you send it to me by pm then because I tried again it still stops at a random point.
Guest chemicalbuz Posted March 25, 2012 Report Posted March 25, 2012 @Lens: new tl kernel supports your cm7 (and i think miui too, but i haven't tried) so you could delete "not supported" in files' info
Guest VJftw Posted March 25, 2012 Report Posted March 25, 2012 could always have mediafire as a mirror? After the window opens when you click Download this file, it shows Link 1. you could have a Link 2 which takes you to mediafire, that way you still get the statistics.

I (maybe not mine roms) won't support it.. so if you installed it, all bugs you encountered will be only your deal, not mine... at least cm9 is "protected" from that "kernel"
Guest UgoRaffaele Posted March 26, 2012 Report Posted March 26, 2012 (edited) Hi dear Lens_Flare, first of all, thank you very much for your hard work. I'm writing to you because I'm an embedded GNU/Linux & Android developer and I'd like to help in porting ICS to the Liquid Metal. Do you have a github repo for the device and vendor tree sources? <OT> Please note that the register link is not active on your website, so a new user can't access the registration form. </OT> Edited March 26, 2012 by UgoRaffaele

I've already recieved your mail via lfdesigns, thx for interest. For now mine repo is a big mess, I'll clean and publish it asap.

Guest liquid metal newbie Posted March 28, 2012 Report Posted March 28, 2012 Google has created ICS on Linux Kernel version 3.0.1 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_version_history#v4.x_Ice_Cream_Sandwich but in settings it shows kernel version 2.6.35 ( Gingerbread Kernel ) why??
Guest Lens_flare Posted March 28, 2012 Report Posted March 28, 2012 (edited) Google has created ICS on Linux Kernel version 3.0.1 but in settings it shows kernel version 2.6.35 ( Gingerbread Kernel ) why?? Coz porting should use actual kernel, and that is 2.6.35 with acer drivers that 3.0 doesn't have. I'm porting features from 3.0 to make ICS work. Edited March 28, 2012 by Lens_flare
