Btw I was wrong. Sw decoding now essentially smooth enough that hw decoding is no longer needed!!

Off topic : I trying to make a framework-res with softkeys for tilal's rom. I'm using apktool, but truth is I never have been able to recompile a working apk. I'm thinking it's not signed correctly, so I wanted to put res/values/bools.xml into original framework-res.apk but once it's compile there is no values directory in there. I'm kind stuck here. Any thoughts?

Just use the Skate ones. They will work for the Blade.

Confirmed - a lot smoother, faster - gallery and calculator work!

Sweet! Since all the problems I had with this ROM were graphic glitches, this may mean the ROM is perfect now!

I have had problems with some apps and graphics. Mainly Gmail is not showing the e-mails, Sygic is not showing the maps and I have had some graphical glitches with games, mainly with SPYmouse, Let's see if the new drivers fix that! Thank you very much for your work!

Installed the latest 31/03 version - great improvements over the last month. It is smoother, faster, with sensors working properly this time (I had an issue back then). Everything I attempted restoring, worked. It looks like a keeper. Of course I've yet to evaluate battery life, and performance on light gaming.

One thing I do care about and haven't figured out => on 2.3, I had Launcher Pro along with the beautiful Suave Icon Pack. I tried reinstalling Launcher Pro, only to find out that it replaces the ICS app drawer with the 2.3 one - which performs TERRIBLY now, even though the homescreens scroll smoother under Launcher Pro.

Can I a) keep the ICS app drawer with Launcher Pro or B) install the icon pack in ANY other way?

I don't know if it crashes. But probably is whats happening. I take a photo. But it apears all black and can't do sh*t to it... Then i personly closed the app xD

Its because of the app itself. Other phones have same prob.
