It seems your charger is dead try charging it through USB or on cm

I dont think so, the always charger works great for my ipod and also for the phone *most of the times*

I just got really annoyed that it didn't charge overnight in the exact day I was going out of town from 8am to 11pm haha (battery died at 1pm).

^It's because you're using a 3 month old beta.

You say if I was complaining, I am just reporting bugs. Thing most of the users dont do, if all did that I am sure even a '3 month old beta' would be better.

When it comes to a file manager, there's already one of the most powerfull if not the most powerful one already preinstalled. Terminal emulator is one of the most useful tools on your phone and I highly recommend learning the basic shell commands for everyone :)

Though, I must admit, using the software keyboard isn't always that comfortable..

Settling the file manager debate once and for all:

http://files.borcsik.com/android/file_manager.zip

I've made a flashable zip that adds oi file manager to /system. In my opinion of you can't install an appointment via adb you should mess around with your phone. Because when it breaks (eventually it will) than you're SOL. Better learn it while it's still working.

I gotta say all this petty whining is getting out of hand, I can't believe this had to be resolved someone actually creating file manager flashable zip... I totally agree with you bookergray regarding flashing, adb commands, and messing with phone system software, you gotta prepared to troll through all forum threads to understand why people say what they already said here...

Regarding a default file manager, I would probably rip it out and add my own file manager in to the zip before flashing... to me it's pointless having the flashable file manager... everyone would eventually learn to modify their zips to how they prefer before flashing, and that's how I do things with my new rom updates...

The bug you're reporting is not related to the rom but the 3 month old beta music app. I didn't say that you're complaining.

This ignorance is getting way out of hand. People whine complaint and demand that developers make stuff for their phone for free without bugs in the color that they want without any compensation and they want it right now. All this without showing any interest about how things work out sometimes even without bothering to search search or read a. Faq/op.

Car analogy time: what many people do here is the equivalent of having a 600bhp customized car but not even knowing how to change the tire.

I'm a regular on xda, where a lot more stuff (mods, themes etc.) is released than here. Today a dev wrote that he is overwhelmed be pm about stuff that either arbitrary or is clearly written in the op. It's only a matter of time that devs are going to stop releasing stuff I things go this way. (at least for free and publicly)

The bottom line is that you can't expect people to wipe your ass forever. You need to learn how to do it yourself.

I'm sorry, but broke as "they are broken and they will be for a while" or "broke, but I solved it in 3 mins just like before"? unsure.gif

Hi, I have installed the version from 22/03/2012. After this I partioned my SD-Card with a SD-Ext-Partition. Now, when I installed the ICS-Version from 30/03/2012 the SD-Ext-Partition was away? Can anybody tell me what happened? How can I avoid this? Thanks. a lot in advance

I got two issues to report:

1) When I install the video patch the phone is unable to boot.

2)When charging the phone overheats, should I be worried about that?
