tilal, did you have problems with the screen not turning on when a call is received?

I have it with every CM9 build I make and burstlam has it in his latest CM9-AOKP build too.

No, there isn't an update yet, it may be tonight or some other day, also the skate is meant to be getting an update today so i would look on there as that will probably get the update first and then followed by the blade. :)

What Sony phones are getting this update?

AFAIK, only the 2011 and 2012 models are getting the ICS, which means the weakest one is the Xperia Mini with 1GHz Scorpion SoC.

The only ones that had MSM7227 were the Xperias X8, X10 Mini and X10 Mini Pro, and none of them is getting the ICS.
