Whoops. Have fixed the link.

Still wrong. =)

Here's the correct one I suppose:

I'll reload page before I post.

What is the difference between a SNAPSHOT and a NIGHTLY rom? Stability?

Nothing. Its just a name difference.

False!

Snapshot is a bleeding edge dev effort which has bugs in there that is not yet ironed out captured at the point when the source was checked in and is totally un-checked.

Nightly is a rolling release with bug fixes put in place and triall-ed out prior to Release Candidate.

Release Candidate is the accumulated bug fixes lumped in together prior to Beta release or depending on the mood, production release.

Fair point. In a situation where one developer was doing all the work that would be correct. However ive always compiled my builds as night lies until I realised that snapshot date stamps builds as well.

In the usage by me they are the same. But as you say in a normal situation they are different.

Is that the CM team being weird in their naming? In software dev in general, a beta pre-dates a release candidate. Traditionally, a release candidate is exactly what its name implies. :)

Also, mediafire mirror: http://www.mediafire.com/?vt4dpdx1fu5ittm

I don't think the cm team do betas at all. They only have nightlies, rcs and then stable.

Thanks for the mirror :)

Thanks for this update :) running now on my blade.

I noticed some bugs:

1. Light sensor broken.

2. Some animations are broken, launching an app from the launcher and closing an app to the launcher makes an odd rescale animation.

3. Some parts of the camera preview reload faster than other parts.

I have problem with Instagram on CFX and AOKPFX too.

It s sometimes force closes...

In burstlam's build Instagram works fine.

there is a new version of simple2ext in google play, it supports CM9, does it support CFX as well? (without flashing the extra zip file)
