Having successfully rooted my phone to the appropriate kernel, I can't flash this ROM to my phone.

After I've picked the file in ROM Manager, the process starts and then tells me that there is a signature verification error.

In manual recovery mode, the ROM zip file doesn't show up! However it is listed in file manager when the phone is booted up, so I know is there! It doesn't let me unmount/mount the SD card either.

How do I get around these problems?
