Th latest patch seems to make blackscreen call + wifi to work

Does anyone know if this kernel is compatible with the Swedish Snow rom? And if it fixes my MT9P111 camera sensor issues?

Probably not. This version is for Burstlam's Cyanogenmod Kang.

You can try it if you want. Just backup your fom before flashing.

You will never know unless you test it, just make sure you backed up your rom..

Wow thanks man, got an Idea India branded Zte Blade and everything including camera, touchscreen and Overclocking working fine. Tried it with Swedish Snow RLS4b. Other custom Rom kernels got camera working like Swedish Snow or CM7 by Burgez but touchscreen stopped working when i turned on the phone after switching off and had to use stock kernel without Overclocking support. This kernel has no problems like that yet. Thanks again.

i installed cynogenmod 7.1.0 on my zte blade gen2 (rebranded as dell xcd 35 in india)

after that whenever i tried to open camera "cannot connect to camera" dialog box is shown.

i also tried 7.0.3 but the same problem

afterthat

i tried the patch "2012Mar08-Blade-CM7gen2-TS-CAM-Patch8" on my zte blade gen2 (rebranded as dell xcd 35 in india)

now whenever i open the camera app.... screen goes black and after 3-4 sec a diallog box comes "Activity Camera (in application Camera) is not responding"

anyone can please help me so that i can have working camera Cynogenmod 7.1.0 ?????????

if you have problems

and dont have a nandriod

before you wipe, try reinstalling the same rom over the top

e.g. if you had cm7 installed then tred the kernel which messed phone up

by reinstalling cm7 it should overwrite the kernel leaving apps installed

that way you can back it up using something like titannium backup

better to backup before anything happens though
