am having the feeling that there is a lot of battery drain is there a way to make it less?

Edit: I can now confirm that there is al lot of battery drain.

I made a new Battery Calibration, V6 Script Installation (100% SC) + NLN , Installed ADW Launcher EX and Set as Sys App, Removed Trebouchet and a lot of not Needed Sys Apk, removed stock Browser, Installed Opera Mini Next and set as Sys App, removed Weathe And News App, Removed MagicSmoke or something like this, removed Live WallPapers, removed Live WallPapers Selector ... set Governor as SmartassV2, min 245, max 921, not overvolted ( asap ;) ) now the phone is fast in browsing and menu navigation ... still less then LN ...

Camera sometimes FC ... sometime made a good photos ...

A good Job, but need for work to be a good daily :)

Wi-Fi connection is fast,very fast :D

now no problem with camera, I made a lot of photos ... non FC ... good

good ram usage ... free ram near 200 MB (a bit less ... 195 ...188 something ), LNP is better near 220 MB ...

I don't know what I did but battery drain seems to be less now, the only thing i did was turning off wifi.

So perhaps Wifi is causing the battery drain , am not sure yet. 3G is turned on though.

Ive already looked in launcher settings but i can't find an option for that.

I don't know if it works with ics, but there are some tweaks for the build.prop file that optimize battery drain:

Allows the phone to sleep better

ro.ril.disable.power.collapse=0

Saves power when phone is sleep

pm.sleep_mode=1

Disables fast dormancy (depends on operator)

ro.ril.fast.dormancy.rule=0

Rom is very nice !

But having some problems like:

-phone hangs (A1)

-sometimes random reboots

-wifi disconnects when signal is full

-and,MTP mode is extremely slow, is there any way to get the old mass storage mode ?

I found out that zramSwap inhibits SD swap. I found swap whenever I looked at the output of free, but only after looking in /proc/swaps I saw that is was zramSwap not blockdevice swap. After disabling zramSwap and tweaking some developer/cpu options I now have quite acceptable performance on the Liquid A1 (class 10 SD, 256Mb swap).

That's not true... compcache uses your sdswap as a backing swap. You can find it in compcache stats.

so your sdswap is used only when zram device is full. (or at least it should :) )

Settings -> Performance -> (OK) -> Memory management -> zRam -> Disabled.

And while you're there: disable surface dithering and enable 16-bit transparancy

reboot.

I have a problem with A2SD...

here's the full explanation, I had a Liquid E with liquidnext 1.4.3 with A2SD darktremor working perfectly...

I installed the CWM_Recovery_salsa

Then in recovery mode I cleared the swap/data partion and cache partition, in the swap/data it tool some time on sd-ext formatting (so I think it's still there)...

I installed in order

cm-9.0.0-RC0-Liquid-WAG-Team-salsa-Beta2

lastest gappsi

nternet_patch

Darktremor Apps2SD 2.7.5.3

Then rebooted and it seems to work fine, I downloaded the A2SDGui by darktremor but opening it it show me this message

Could not start for one of these reasons:

1. Your device is not rooted (I allowed A2SDGui to rootexplorer)

2. A2SD scripts could not be found

3. No EXT Partition found

do I missed something? where do I made a mistake? Thank you :(

Solved I installed everything again but using a lower A2SD version...

Instead of using the 2.7.5.3-beta04 I used the 2.7.5.2-1

And everything worked fine :)

A2sd is already in this rom. You don't need to install dta2sd.

err... too late... I tried to install A2SDGui on the base version but it wouldn't work so I installed A2SD... Thank you anyway if I need to reinstall or update to a new version I remember that :)

Could it be that A2SD won't work because I had an ext2 partition instead of ext3/4?

I just flash the CM9 beta2,

I find out there there has some problem:

1) sometime will lag at read the SD Card

2)After i use a2sd, it will gen the cache again when i reboot

3)Google+ will got error when login...
