Guest TouchyAndalou
Can anybody help me with taking the boot animation from Tilal's AOKPFusion ROM and adding it to H3 Blues for instance? I added the boot animation zip to system/media before flashing, but when you start the phone it just boots from the splash screen straight to the home screen with no boot animation at all. Am I doing something wrong or is the problem that I'm using a boot animation which will only work on ICS or something? I didn't think it would have made a difference. Thanks. Guest H3ROS
H3 Blues has boot animations disabled as it helps with the boot time. You'll see the parameter in build.prop :)

Guest H3ROS
That or you can delete the whole line. I think I put it towards the end of the file :)
