If you still have the vodafone apps then you need to go into CWM recovery and format the /cust partition to clear these out.

No your installed apps would be gone if you select data wipe/factory reset.

A friend of min got a G300 and went from stock to the DUO ROM. The sound is quiet. I've asked him to try installing the 885 ROM and then the DUO ROM.

Is there a recommended upgrade path for new phones e.g straight to DUO or go via the intermediate releases?

Flash official B884 OR B886 first or do the Vodafone official B885 update. Paul's rom doesn't flash the parts that the official updates do when they fix volume.

yeah. but i think some might refer to the fact Paul said he'd put the kitchen up a week or so ago.

Personally i can understand it not being up yet. He's a busy chap, and getting a rom kitchen up isn't number 1 priority.

Just a website with checkboxes and scroll lists etc where you can choose some of the apps and features in the ROM.

Why does this rom come without toggle buttons in notification sliding screen? I know I can install CM7 buttons, but I actually prefer Huawei's original ones. Any way to restore them?

With a root explorer app go to /cust/normal/europe/app from there you can remove those apps.
