ZTE t-u880 oneclick update problem

Hy,

Im trying to restore my cell phone with "Onclick Update" of ZTE site,

but when I run the software and connect my phone in PC holding

volume up button, the software change the footer icon to green

but remains off button,

Somone can help me to fix it?

i understand ur phone but is it bricked or what ?

Try other usb port, to install again the default drivers. Keep away from internet to avoid Windows Update. If this not work, find in Devices where the phone is displayed and enter properties to uninstall drivers and do this procedure again.

I try this but without success...

When I run Ask Mr. Pigfish, the first line says:

"Mr pigfish says you have an unknown model"

How can i install GEN1 or GEN2 or even GEN3 in

this case?
